In the first level you have a nice living room with view, the dining room and kitchenette, fully equipped with all appliances, including a washer/dryer.

It's master bedroom at the second floor is big and bright, furnished with a Queen Size bed with fine linens and great pillows. Bedroom is next to a full bathroom with tub. Important to remark that the bedroom has noise-proof windows and black-out curtains for a perfect sleep. (Don't expect these features in most of apartments in Lima). A second half bathroom is available for visitors or groups over 2 people.

Conveniently located, it has everything nearby: quiet parks along the beach, nice cafes or busy restaurants and bars, all within walking distance. Easy access not only to and from the airport, but also to downtown Lima. Grocery Store with delivery service up to 11 p.m. just around the corner. San Antonio Cafe, Tanta Restaurant, La Gran Fruta and ATM machines at walking distance.

My husband and I stayed at Viviana's duplex apartment for 18 days and came out with nothing to complain about. The furnishings, paintings, linens, electronics and finishing touches of the apartment are all of good quality and the apartment itself is very organised - we felt quite at home. The kitchen is well equipped to cook. The views are great and there is a vast sense of space and light in the apartment. The sofa's bed and pillows were very comfortable and having the bedroom on a different level from the living room allowed increased privacy. The area is safe and great to walk around even late at night. There are several good restaurants just a stones throw away.. The apartment is almost a reflection of Viviana for whom we have a lot of praise. Our queries were responded to professionally and instantly at all times -we were given assistance at every stage. Viviana is very organised, very helpful, very kind and very friendly -she is genuinely a nice person and it was a pleasure to interact with her....we wish her all the best. Don't hesitate in taking this apartment.

Fabulous apt. Lots of space. Terrific views of greenery and ocean. Friendly doorman and porter. Plus extremely good location, easy to walk all over Miraflores or to catch a cab.

Great apartment, felt like much bigger then a one bedroom apartment. Just fabulous. Great stay, great doormen. Not a far walk to larcomar. Couple great restaurants like Tanta very close by and 2 great breakfast places, 4 ATMs close by. Very very nice stay.

I have been visiting Lima for over one year and have had the pleasure of staying in Vivianna's apt in Miraflores for several months over the last year. It is a very charming place, it is clean, and bright, very nicely furnished, and any small requests are accomodated. I work on consultancy basis with an international 5 star hotel chain, and I can say with hand on heart that you will not find a better apt in Lima to spend your vacation, or visit friends. It has it all. 2010 and 2011

My fiance and I stayed here for 4 days in March. Loved it! Viviana has furnished the condo very beautifully and completely. I love to cook, so it was nice to find everything we needed in the kitchen. Great view of the ocean, lots of light, good breezes, and an unbeatable and very safe location. Only a few blocks from delicious San Antonio. We have to go to Lima often, so we will stay here again. Can't be beat!
