Lounging furniture includes a large outdoor patio dining table, plus living room essentials like two couches and an arm chair. Surf Club I is a gated community with first class resort amenities including 2 pools (1 heated), tennis courts,shuffleboard, volleyball, bike/nature trails, clubhouse with library, fishing dock, covered parking and 24 hour security. Ample underground parking. Two elevators. 1 swimming pool (one heated). Quiet beach. Both surf fishing and nearby intercoastal waterway fishing. Numerous nearby golf courses.
Besides relaxing next to the pool or on the private beach, there are plenty of activities to participate in near the condo. During certain times you can watch the shuttle launch from Kennedy Space Center, about an hour away. Just 30 min away, head north on A1A to St. Augustine, our nation's oldest continuously occupied city with limitless options of restaurants, local shopping and nightlife. Also available are Kayaking, catamarans, and wind surfing at Anastasia Park, just a short 20 minute drive. Or lastly, you can swim with dolphins and take a tour of the many sea animals available at Marineland, just one mile away!

Stayed for 7 days in August, 2012 We came here to be on the beach, we were NOT told that the beach was NOT usable. I called the property management office on the day we arrived and told them the one of the door keys did not work, I was told that someone would call me back to replace ONE called me back. One key for two people was a PAIN. There was one major problem with the condo... the glass door in the living-room took two hands to open and close, we had to use the door in the bedroom to go in and out from the patio. Our Surf Club vacation Paul M. from Jacksonville, FL recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in May, 2012 My husband and I really enjoyed our relaxing stay with ocean views. It was wonderful to hear the ocean and to go to sleep with that background. There were only two problems, one was the condo should have been aired out ahead of time, it had a musty smell. The master bath was not very clean and the shower was filled with mildew. They did come up and clean it, but she did not get it all. I would suggest that bleach be sprayed in the bathrooms to keep down the mildew and the condos opened up from time to time; this would help the stay to be nicer. That being said it was one of the most relaxing vacations we have had in a long time!!! Lovely location, would definitely return to Palm Coast Ian W. from Nepean, Ontario recommends this property. Stayed for 59 days in February, 2012 We enjoyed the view of the ocean every morning. Condo was fine for able-bodied guests, however it was totally unsatisfactory for a handicap guest in wheelchair, with no walk-in shower, toilets hidden in tight areas, no access to balcony. On this matter, we were misled by description of "handicap accessible with some limitations". Also, very disappointed that SurfClub I did not have a gym, and no arrangement with the other two facilities that did have gyms. Service at office on Oceanshore was confused and disorganized, with poor coordination with head office. This year I had several complaints. No key for pool for 4 or 5 days; manager came in with his asst. using their key and were su Catherine B. from Limerick, PA does not recommend this property. The community itself was beautiful and peaceful, the actual unit was very nice too. We had a few minor issues: the sliding class door to the balcony was really hard to open, so we just used the other one (there are two sets of sliders). One of the t.v.s kept going out, but would eventually come back in picture. We really didn't watch much t.v. We loved the location!!! The rocky beach is beautiful, but renters should be prepared for it- the website showed a picture of a flat sandy beach, definitely not accurate! The kids loved the beach it was a jackpot of cool sea creatures. The pool was one of best things about the condo- no crowds! The balcony and view were amazing, where we spent all of our time! Location is perfect! Being a from Florida, we really enjoyed this unique beach and great area!! We love St. Augustine, but can do without the crowds.
