In the Medieval hill town of Calvi di Umbria, this stone village farmhouse, looking across the rolling green hills of beautiful Umbria, has been converted with care to a cozy and welcoming family vacation home with pool. In an idyllic setting, perched on the side of the village it clings to the hillside. A sitting room has an inviting, wood-burning fireplace for year-round holidays. The kitchen opens to the outside and is fully equipped with dishwasher, large fridge, and everything you will need for cooking great Italian meals. There is dining for up to 8 inside, and two tables for dining outside, one next to the pool, one on the terrace. Outside, in the summer, you will find a lovely little lawn with a refreshing pool and a stunning view of the rolling hills of the Umbrian Countryside. Sun beds await you through a little gate in a space designed to capture the sun.

Calvi di Umbria is near many special places full of art, history, and nature. It is near to Narni, Todi, Orvieto,Deruta, Amelia, Terni, Viterbo, and Orte, and further away, Assisi and Perugia. Umbria is a great spot for a vacation any time of the year - as beautiful as Tuscany, and in fact, even better as it is not over-crowded with tourists. Enjoy wonderful food and local specialties, wine from the region, and excellent olive oil from the neighboring farms. Search for the various monasteries built high in the hills.
