Three Seasters located at 954 Broadway Street is a boater’s dream come true! Nautical paradises complete with a private dock and boat ramp, this beautiful home has 6 bedrooms and 4 baths. It will sleep 16. The beautiful Atlantic Ocean is just a short walk away. On the way to the beach, be sure to let the children play at the park equipped with playground equipment. You are sure to take home many wonderful memories of your stay at Three Sisters.
Entering Three Sisters from the canal facing lower deck, you come into a delightfully decorated living area, dining Area and kitchen. The kitchen invites you in to cook your catch of the day with stove, refrigerator, double sink, microwave and dishwasher. The cabinets are stocked with cooking and dining ware. In the kitchen is a laundry closet that contains a washer and dryer. The dining area and kitchen are separated by a breakfast bar with bar stools. The dining table has seating for 6. The kitchen and dining area open into the great room which is furnished comfortably and tastefully, with couch, director’s chair, two easy chairs, a wicker chair, and tables with reading lamps. There is a color cable TV for your family’s entertainment including a VCR.
Down the hallway on the left is a full size bathroom. Further down the hall on the left is the Master Suite. Beautifully furnished with queen sized bed, dresser, bedside table with reading lamp and closet, this room will delight you and cause your cares to slip away. Relax and watch a favorite program on the cable TV or enjoy a hot shower in the private bathroom.
On the right are two bedrooms. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed, bedside table with reading lamp, dresser and closet. The other bedroom is furnished with a double bed, and single sized bed. A chest of drawers, bedside table with reading lamp and closet complete the furnishing. All the bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans.
Upstairs you will find another great room which opens into a second kitchen and dining area. The great room is furnished with couch, a recliner, and a swivel chair with ottoman, a wicker chair, a miscellaneous chair and tables with reading lamps. A color cable TV/DVD is furnished so bring your favorite movies or rent them locally. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, refrigerator, double sink, microwave and dishwasher. The cabinets are full of cooking ware and dining ware. Everything you need to make you cooking experiences enjoyable! The laundry room is adjacent to the kitchen and is equipped with a washer and dryer. The dining room is separated from the kitchen by a breakfast bar with bar stools and contains a table and six chairs. The canal front deck is reachable through the great room for great views of the canal and the intercoastal waterway. Enjoy sunning in the morning or watching the stars at night. There are also a set of steps that provide a private access to the ground. Down the hall on the right is a full sized bathroom. Further down the hallway on the left is another Master Bedroom and bath. The bedroom is furnished with a queen sized bed, dresser, chest of drawers, bedside table with reading lamp and closet. A ceiling fan and cable TV complete the furnishing. Two bedrooms are on the right side of the hallway. One is furnished with a queen sized bed, chest of drawers, dresser, bedside table with reading lamp and closet. A cable TV with VCR and a ceiling fan complete this room. The other bedroom is furnished with bunk beds and a pyramid bunk bed, a dresser and a closet.
Underneath the house is parking for two with additional parking in the driveway for additional cars or a boat. Linens are not furnished but can be rented locally. There are no pets or smoking allowed at Three Seasters.

$100 deposit plus travel insurance (optional) due at time of booking. 50% of remaining balance due within 14 days of booking. Final payment due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations will not be due a refund unles property can be rerented for the same time period. Any pet friendly properties will be subject to a pet fee between $150-200.
