The Choice is an oceanfront 3 bedroom, 2 bath beach home located just outside the business district of Surf City offers family memories and ocean pleasures. The Choice is a one level traditional beach home and offers accommodations for family groups of 8 or less, direct beach access, covered oceanfront deck and more. The Choice has an open living, kitchen, and dining area with access to the ocean front deck via sliding glass door. The kitchen of The Choice offers most of the luxuries of home including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and refrigerator. The dining room of The Choice offers seating for 6 and bar stools at the counter. The family room of The Choice offers beach living in days of old with sea style décor and enough seating for 8 including 2 sofas and a chair. The living area is also equipped with color cable television with VCR so bring your family favorites or rent them locally. The sleeping quarters of The Choice include 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom is equipped with a double bed, reading lamp, night stand, closet and dresser with mirror. The second bedroom on the street side of the home is equipped with double bedding, dresser, reading lamp, night stand and closet. The third bedroom on located on the north side of the home, offers double bedding as well as a bunk bed, reading lamp, night stand, and dresser. Enjoy relaxing days on the covered oceanfront deck of The Choice or look for shells on the beach. Sorry, No Pets are allowed at The Choice and linens are not provided, however they can be rented locally. The Choice does not have a washer and dryer on the premises.

$100 deposit plus travel insurance (optional) due at time of booking. 50% of remaining balance due within 14 days of booking. Final payment due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations will not be due a refund unles property can be rerented for the same time period. Any pet friendly properties will be subject to a pet fee between $150-200.
