Upon entering the property upstairs, the fully equipped kitchen with tile floors will offer you a dishwasher, range/oven, refrigerator, microwave, and smaller appliances like can opener, toaster, blender, microwave & coffee maker. The kitchen also has an 8 seating table along with a small 4 person bar table. You will then find the living area equipped with ample seating, cable HD Digital television, stereo & wireless internet. The living area also has an entrance to the screened in oceanside porch.
Off from the living area you will find an oceanside bedroom with cable tv/dvd player along with a king bed overlooking the view of the Atlantic.
The second bedroom on this level features 2 single beds and one queen bed.
The full bath on this level is convenient with double sinks and a shower/tub.
Downstairs you will find a great room for the kids featuring a double bed and a set of bunk beds. The TV/DVD also has available audio/video hookup for the Wii, Playstaion 3 and Xbox, complete with bean bag chairs!
On this level, you will also find a full washer/dryer in the laundry room.
The first bedroom on this level contains a double bed while the second bedroom contains a double bed and TV/VCR combo.
Back upstairs on the ocean front screened in porch, you will find a six person patio table/chairs, porch swing, beach chairs and toys. Not to mention, an unreal view of the Atlantic. Out on the oceanfront walkway, there is a bench overlooking the beach for those quiet moments and room enough for a little sunbathing. Home also features outside shower, ceiling fans, wireless internet & central heat/air, unlimited phone calls to the US. Linens are not provided but can be rented through Lewis Realty Associates. No smoking.

$100 deposit plus travel insurance (optional) due at time of booking. 50% of remaining balance due within 14 days of booking. Final payment due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations will not be due a refund unles property can be rerented for the same time period. Any pet friendly properties will be subject to a pet fee between $150-200.
