The Surf Condominiums located in the heart of Surf City are great for vacationers that want to be within a short distance of Surf City’s business district. Some onsite amenities include a swimming pool, gazebo, several outdoor showers, an onsite laundry facility, and private beach access. Lewis Realty Associates, Inc provides pool passes for guests. The large parking lot available to guests and residents and is guarded during the summer months. Lewis Realty provides our guests with a maximum of 2 parking passes per reservation. Pets are not permitted in any Surf Condo offered as a vacation or long term rental... Surf Condo 812 “Ocean Odyssey” is located in Building 8 of the Surf Condos. First floor buildings come with parking under the building. This first floor condo is located right on the oceanfront. Enjoy your morning coffee sitting on the swing on your private deck and witness a dazzling sunrise as it emerges over the Atlantic Ocean! Or if you prefer, the sites and sounds of the ocean can also be enjoyed from the open living room, kitchen or dining area. The living room is decorated in a nautical theme and includes white wicker couch, easy chair with ottoman and 2 comfortable rockers. White end tables with lamps, coffee table and entertainment center complete the furnishings. Watch your favorite program on the color, cable TV or a movie on DVD/VCR. You can even listen to your favorite beach tunes on the CD/Radio. A breakfast bar with 4 bar stools separates the living room from the kitchen. The kitchen is completely stocked with double sink, refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and telephone. Local calls only, please. The ample cabinets are full of cooking and dining ware. You will find a dining room table with seating for four, just off the kitchen. Down the hall way from the kitchen are bunk beds conveniently located in an alcove, perfect for the teens or little ones in your party. Across the hall from the alcove is a ½ bath that shares a bathtub with the Master Suite. The Master suite is decorated in a nautical theme. It is furnished with a queen size bed, dresser, bed side table and lamps. An entertainment center with color, cable tv, and vcr/dvd complete the furnishing. Attached is a half bath that shares the bathtub with the hall bath. There is a stackable washer and dryer in the bathtub area. Surf Condos are a great value. $100 deposit plus travel insurance (optional) due at time of booking. 50% of remaining balance due within 14 days of booking. Final payment due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations will not be due a refund unles property can be rerented for the same time period. Any pet friendly properties will be subject to a pet fee between $150-200.
