As you arrive at the property, there is more than ample parking and nicely landscaped front yard. Upon entering the property, 3 of the 4 bedrooms will be on the first level. The first bedroom features 2 Queen beds, a TV and a private entrance to the covered deck. The second bedroom also features two Queens, a TV and a private entrance to the covered deck. The third bedroom on this floor is the complete master with a King bed, full private bath, TV, Walk-In closet and a private entrance to the covered deck. On this level is also a full bath for the two bedrooms and a full size washer/dryer. Upstairs you will find a large expansive room with 13 windows highlighting the views of the beach and the Atlantic. There is also direct entry to the uncovered top sundeck which spans the width of the home. In the living area, you will find a tv complete with cable, dvd and vcr player, as well as wireless internet for the home. The kitchen area features a fully equipped kitchen with stove, range, microwave, double door refrigerator with icemaker and dishwasher. Convenience appliances include coffee maker, toast, blender and can opener. There are also four barstools at the bar for those early morning breakfasts or lunch breaks from the beach. The dining area features expansive views of the Atlantic with seating for 8 people. There is also a bedroom with a queen bed on this level as well as a full bath with shower. Outside on the top level uncovered deck, you will see the beautiful views as seen in our panoramic photo. Your family will enjoy sunning in the multiple beach lounges or chairs placed along the deck. Closer to the ocean, you will find an convenient outside shower. This home is complete with touches like rocking chairs on the decks, charcoal grill, tastefully decorating and color scheme. $100 deposit plus travel insurance (optional) due at time of booking. 50% of remaining balance due within 14 days of booking. Final payment due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations will not be due a refund unles property can be rerented for the same time period. Any pet friendly properties will be subject to a pet fee between $150-200.
