You have found your prescription for relaxation at Dr.’s Orders! As you pull into the driveway of Dr.’s Orders, you will notice that there is plenty of parking for you and your guests. Walk up the stairs and as you enter the property, you immediately feel that this vacation is just what the doctor ordered! The first bedroom that you come to is on the left. This cozy room offers a set of bunk beds perfect for the kids. Connected to this bedroom is a full sized bathroom. Walk through the bathroom and you will enter into the second bedroom on this floor. This bedroom offers a queen sized bed as well as a television. As you enter the hallway from this room, you will walk across the hallway into the master bedroom. Comfortably furnished, this bedroom offers a queen size bed, television, access to the deck through a sliding glass door, and a full bathroom. The bathroom has a door to the first floor deck so that the beachgoers do not have to go too far for a break and is shared with the rest of the floor through a door in the hallway. Just beyond this bathroom is the last bedroom in Dr.’s Orders. This bedroom also offers beautiful ocean views and a queen size bed. The deck off of these last 2 bedrooms offers a double porch swing and a single porch swing so that you enjoy the sunrise with that morning cup of coffee while allowing the rest of the family to sleep in. This deck offers the beach access as well as the outside shower. Back inside of Dr.’s Orders, and as you enter the hallway from the fourth bedroom, you will go up the stairs to the top floor. The first thing you will notice is the open living area with the best ocean views with lots of windows to enjoy it through. These views are sure to cure any ailment. Next to these stairs is a closet which contains the stackable washer and dryer. So, on the dreaded laundry days, you can still enjoy your view. Next to this closet is the final full bathroom. There is a small deck on the street side of the property so that you can enjoy the sunsets at night. The fully stocked kitchen is “L” shaped and open to allow your family chef to socialize with the rest of the family in the living area adjacent to the kitchen as well as watch the dolphins play in the ocean. Just on the ocean front of this floor is a sliding glass door. Walk through this door and your breath will be taken away by the views that Dr.’s Orders offers. This deck also allows for you to go to the first floor deck and to the beach access. As you walk back inside through the sliding glass door, you will notice there is another couch on the south side of the large living area. There is also a gas fireplace for those chilly winter nights. Just above this fireplace rests the television. Nestled in the corner next to the couch is a stereo system. We are sure that you will find that Dr.’s Orders will be the perfect 4 bedroom 3 bathroom property for you and your family. It will also be perfect for your family pet because with a non-refundable pet fee, you can bring your pet as well. Please remember to refrain from smoking in this property. Linens are not provided but can be rented.

$100 deposit plus travel insurance (optional) due at time of booking. 50% of remaining balance due within 14 days of booking. Final payment due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations will not be due a refund unles property can be rerented for the same time period. Any pet friendly properties will be subject to a pet fee between $150-200.
