Bass is located in Surf City just minutes from shopping, dining, and so much more. Take a kayak tour and discover the treasures hidden in the marshes and along the banks of the Intra Coastal Waterway. It is an amazing place to visit and you will want to keep coming back for more. Ground Level: On this level there are 2 covered parking spaces and a wet weather entrance. There are also exterior stairs to the deck above from both sides of the home. A charcoal grill is available here also. First Level: The first level living area boasts exquisite ocean views from all areas from the living room to the kitchen. In the living room a 27" color cable TV and VCR are available for the pleasure of all along with board games for everyone to play. There is access to the deck and the beach beyond this room. The dining room/breakfast area seat 9 between a table that seats 6 and counter seating for 3. The adequately equipped kitchen with linoleum flooring offers a microwave oven and dishwasher to name a few of the items provided for your convenience. There are two bedrooms on this first level also. The first of which has a queen size bed. The second bedroom offers a bunk (twin) and a twin on top bunk, double on bottom. Second Level: The master bedroom is located on this level. It boasts engaging ocean views, and has an attached bathroom. No smoking or pets. Linens are not provided, however can be added to your reservation. Ask a reservationist today!

$100 deposit plus travel insurance (optional) due at time of booking. 50% of remaining balance due within 14 days of booking. Final payment due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations will not be due a refund unles property can be rerented for the same time period. Any pet friendly properties will be subject to a pet fee between $150-200.
