Open spaces, large rooms and vaulted ceilings make this townhouse feel like a spacious home. Built-in A/C in both master suites. Slate floors, solid granite counters, fireplace and upgraded appliances. Private rear lanai off both master suites. Two master suites one with a king bed and the other with a queen bed, both with full bathrooms ensuite. The third bedroom has two twin beds that can be converted to another king upon request, with a half bath across the hall. Jacuzzi tub. Free DSL, cable TV in the living room and down stairs. Well equipped-kitchen. 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, spacious 1800sf of living space. All beds have top quality mattresses. HD TV's in living room and master suites. Free internet.Near beach access to one of the best Kauai Beaches, Anini beach is accessed via a beautiful tree lined path and then a trail traversing the bluff down to the prettiest and quietest section of Anini Beach. Anini is the preferred beach for families with children do to the tranquil shallow waters ,long sandy ocean floor and few tourists. The sunsets from here are amazing. The famed Prince Golf Course borders the Villas on the Prince. The view from most units spans the beautifully landscaped golf course and stretches to beautiful mountains with rainbows and waterfalls. A large pool and BBQ facility make the Villas on the Prince an alternative to a more expensive home rental. Wonderful property in an amazing town Sara D. from Winnipeg, Manitoba recommends this property. Stayed for 11 days in February, 2013 The condo was in a lovely location right on the golf course. A beautiful mountain view and a short jaunt to restaurants grocery and gas. The 2 downstairs bedrooms were a really nice size with each their our ensuites, which makes it an added bonus when traveling with another couple. Adds added privacy and comfort having your own bathroom.The pool was a nice size and often empty. Neighbours were very friendly and helpful when approached with questions about the area. One even offered up their beach equipment during our stay. It was not needed since most things were provided for us in the condo.The cleanliness of the the home was only so-so. Linens were fresh and kitchen was spotless as well. Overall it was clean, but it was clear that someone didn't "live" there since things were overlooked. Bugs in the light fixtures, baseboards dirty, mold in the bathtub etc. All just things that add up in everyday living but can be overlooked when doing basic cleaning. The upstairs bathroom was not clean at all. It looked like it may have gotten missed during the last cleanup. Some sort of yellow product spilled on the wall and around the garbage floor, and the toilet was very dirty.It is definitely not a complaint as overall it was clean and the condo itself was beautiful and also located in an amazing area. We would definitely go back and have already recommend it to our friends and family. We had an amazing stay. |

We were extremely pleased with our stay and with the accommodation. Most of the previous reviews for this property were positive and it was clear that the few small issues that were brought up in these past reviews had been rectified by the client (i.e. the dryer now worked well, the tv's were now HD TV's etc). In my opinion that should reflect very positively on the owner and property managment company. The only very small issue was that the TV in the 2nd master bedroom has a line through the screen. We were extremely pleased with the accommodation and hopefully we will be able to stay at this property again in the future. Thank you! |

Very clean and well stocked with everything you need if you wanted to do your own cooking and laundry. The only thing is if you plan on staying on hanging out on the east and south shore than the drive does get a little long after a while. But overall it would be my first choice to stay if ever visiting Kauai again. |

Stayed for 14 days in July, 2012 This is a wonderful property, we had a very enjoyable stay and loved the location in Princeville. Decor is to a high standard, house is well stocked including things for the beach and all mod cons. Unfortunately we had a couple of maintenance issues, the dishwasher stopped working on day 3 of a 14 day stay and given we were a family of 6 this was an inconvenience. There was also a damp issue in the queen bedroom due to a faulty aircon unit, mould on the walls and the carpet was not ideal and caused our suitcases and shoes to grow mould on them when left in the closet. Maintenance were quick to respond initially but both issues required major fixes and neither were resolved during our stay.That said we loved the property and would happily stay here again! |

The location is great and very convenient to getting to beaches, walking to stores and ice cream! The unit is beautiful, well stocked, and the rooms are large, all appreciated for our group of 4 adults/3 kids. A few maintenance things could be improved - ac unit in Master had large wet spot in carpet and mold in closet though we never turned it on. The upstairs toilet made a high-pitched noise at random times, and the dryer in the unit is inadequate for the towels - takes multiple cycles to get even near to dry. None of these issues would cause us to hesitate in renting the unit again. |

A few oddball things though...upstairs bedroom has no shades and is in direct sunrise in the morning, much too bright. They need new ones. Stayed for 13 days in August, 2011 The owners of condo have gone out of their way to provide every comfort and convenience. This was perfect for our family of four. We have a teenage daughter and son and they both were able to have a separate bedroom and bath. The master bedroom is private and large. All the beds were very comfortable. We really appreciated that almost everything we needed for a trip to the beach was supplied: beach towels, chairs, water noodles, snorkel gear, insulated coolers and lots of reusable ice packs ready to go in the freezer. The Foodland grocery store was actually within walking distance so it was easy to pick up fresh produce, bread and fish each day -- as well as rent DVD's that we enjoyed at night. All the furnishings, appliances and decor were new, stylish, and clean. The window treatments were top-of-the line shades and blinds. Nicest 3 bedroom/ 3 bath on the north shore for the best price. |

It was very roomy and spacious enough for us to unwind comfortably. The furniture and fixtures were very up to date and the light berber carpet was very clean. Having an attached garage was very convient especially when it was raining. The full size indoor washer/dryer was great for our family of 7! And having the bedrooms downstairs was certainly cooler at night. Grocery stores were walking distance to the unit. Driving to Hanelei for the beach,restaurants, and shopping was just a very short drive to a ton of fun! We would stay here again without a doubt! |

The office area is a really unique feature and very handy if someone has some work to do.We've stayed in dozens of condo rentals on Kauai and Villas on the Prince are definitely a cut above. I was concerned about golf course noise and also highway noise but neither were a factor. Villa 23 has a great location in the complex. The highway is about 400 yards past the golf course and pretty much out of ear shot from this unit.Would definitely stay here again. |

Close to all activities on the north coast, with easy access to points South. The home were beautiful and well maintained. Beware of the red dirt that makes up most of the land ( iron from the volcano) It is in the air an on the ground and is easliy tracked into the units which will cost you an extra carpet cleaning fee of $150. Property Manager Response: Response from Ahh Aloha Kauai Vacation Rentals Additional cleaning fees are VERY rare, our cleaners can address normal wear-and-tear and soiling. If guests remember to take their shoes off when entering a carpeted home, it should never be a problem. |
