Vacation Condo Rental Description:
This spacious and beautiful townhome is sure to please. Wood floors throughout the living/dining area provide the contemporary feel you will appreciate. The living area is comfortable with a gas fireplace, flat panel TV and a sleeper sofa. The kitchen is well equiped with stainless steel appliances, granite counters and dining table for 6-8 people. Upstairs is where all three bedrooms are located. The master features a queen bed, sitting area with gas fireplace and spacious bathroom. The second bedroom also has a queen bed and the third bedroom has a full/twin bunk set. The two bedrooms share a bathroom and the laundry room is conveniently located on this floor as well. The property comes with a 2-car garage and of the comforts of home. Northstar Resort, several golf courses and historic downtown Truckee is very close to the property. The property is also walking distance to the Truckee Regional Park, where you will find a playground, basketball court and skate park.

Nice Place A guest from Brentwood, CA recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in January, 2011 I was looking for a place in a centralized location for a Tahoe getaway. It was very nicely decorated and pretty clean. It stated it was room enough for 8 people. I would say 6 adults/2 kids would have been a better description. The three full baths helped a lot although the water heater was small and allowed for only 5 people to shower in succession before the hot water ran out. The kitchen was well equipped. The lot I went with love to cook and they were satisfied. The garbage receptacle is a far walk which seems even farther on a cold day. It was close to all the resorts, the town of truckee and easy to get to and find. The beds were not that comfortable so if you have back issues, maybe this might not be the place for you. It matters a lot to get a good night sleep after shredding gnar... a term I learned on the trip. I would recommend this place to friends and family :) |

Good Place for a Family Ski Trip A guest from Okemos, MI recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in December, 2010 Our family enjoyed the spacious condo with great furnishings.The kitchen was well equipped and there was a large dining room table. We enjoyed the gas fireplace which warmed the house quickly. There was a large screen TV and DVD player that we enjoyed. The beds were comfortable. The Master bedroom is huge, but the two other bedrooms were small. There were also some board games that our family enjoyed playing. The park nearby and the river trail was a great way to spend part of the day, if a person did not go skiing. The ski hill was crowded but then it was the week between Christmas and New Years. |

The place was well furnished and very comfortable. It is also conveniently located. It is a short distance from the main freeway and there is a playground and skate park nearby for kids of all ages.
