The remodeled penthouse condominium is located on the 35th of a 40 floor building. This remodeled and upgraded corner condo has ocean, harbor, coastline, and sunset views. The building is conveniently located in downtown Honolulu, near Chinatown, the Aloha Tower Market Place, and various shops & restaurants.

Building amenities include: gated parking garage, 24 hour desk security, keyed entries, exercise room, heated pool, tennis court, pool table, barbecue and recreation area, and koi pond.

Condo amenities include: 671 sq. ft. living area, 157 sq. ft. open lanai, covered parking space, basic cable, TV, DVD, high speed online internet access, alarm clock, telephone, iron with ironing board, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, basic kitchen utensils, and bed & bath linens.

Rates do not include 11.25% tax impose by Hawaii - 1 MONTH MINIMUM RENTAL PERIOD - Rent deposit of 50% due at time of reservation - Final payment due 60 days due prior to scheduled arrival date.

Refundable USD 500 (USD 750 if booking for greater than 1 week) security deposit due at time of reservation – security deposit is returned 14 days after stay less costs associated to damages to the condo.

Cancellations must be in writing – Cancellations made 45 days prior to scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund less USD 75 administration fee – Cancellations made within 45 days of scheduled arrival date will result in forfeiture of the rent amount.

Guests are responsible for the entire time booked. No refunds are given for early departures.
