This is a two storey property located in Calabay Parc in Davenport, conveniently close to the I-4 for quick access to the Disney parks. Property comprises master bedroom with King size bed, patio doors to the pool area, walk in closet. En-suite bathroom with twin basins, corner tub, separate shower and WC. Second bedroom has Queen bed with en-suite bathroom with bath/shower, single basin and WC. Bedroom three has a Queen bed and double closet. Bedroom four has a full size bed and double closet. Bedroom five has twin beds and a double closet. There are two family bathrooms one comprising bath/shower, single basin and WC, the other shower, basin and WC. The lounge area has a comfortable seating area, 27" TV and DVD player. Fully equipped kitchen with bar area seating two. Breakfast area seating four and patio doors to the rear Second seating area with 27" TV. To the rear there is a spacious patio area with fully screened in pool. There are 5 Tv’s total in this property and 3 master bedrooms.

Pool heat can be added to our private pool homes for an additional $25 per day for homes with electric pool heaters and for $35 per day for homes with gas pool heaters.
