The Living Room has a Queen Sleeper Sofa with gas fireplace, Cable TV / DVD and ocean view balcony. Port-a-Cribs are available by request in your reservation comments.

Location, Location, Location Sally C. from Pinehurst, NC recommends this property. Stayed for 31 days in January, 2013 Palm trees and breaking surf. What an uplifting view from every room in our condo, whether it was sunny or rainy. And we did have an unusual number of rainy days for Southern California. When it did warm up, we had our heated pool and hot tub right below our balcony. Building A is absolutely the best winter location in North Coast Village. Having said all that, we found toilets that would not stop flushing, a moldy shower curtain, a DVR that did not work, a conglomerate of phones on the kitchen counter, and old, spotted scatter rugs on top of the lovely new carpet to be minor annoyances. Hopefully all will be put in order ASAP. But sunset from the balcony makes any inconvenience fade away. And if it is freezing cold outside, the sunset is gorgeous from right inside the living room sliders. |

Garbage not dumped dirty laundry left in pillow case, no fitted sheet for queen bed in master bedroom. Everything else was great though. Would definitely come back |

Stayed for 29 days in January, 2012 We have loved coming to the condos, but this year - although we always enjoy the beach - we were quite disappointed in the condo. Carpet was absolutely filthy. Refrigerator leaked so water/fluid? in all the drawers of the frig. and often on the floor. Many lamps did not work so lighting was dismal. Not many bath towels. Twin beds not comfortable, pillows stunk like dirty hair and so did the couch. Just an over all unclean smell and feel. No place to hang towels in the bathrooms. Utensils in drawers were dirty and greasy. |

Gorgeous view from our ocean condo - marvelous art on the interior walls. Sally C. from Pinehurst, NC recommends this property. Stayed for 30 days in January, 2011 Refrigerator/freezer is not adequate for a month rental since it fills with ice after only 3 or 4 days and requires complete defrosting (including removing all food for a few hours while the ice is removed. The owner needs to bite the bullet and update to a working refrigerator. Also the dinette chair was broken and a fourth chair for the set is an obvious need.The ants came with the rains, but Sandy quickly sent the bug man to spray.Overall we could not have found a nicer spot or a better agent to work with. |
