Vacation Home Rental Description:
Sterling Stay Beach House is a beautiful contemporary beach home with 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths in the main house, 1 bedroom/1 bath guesthouse, private pool with a spacious deck, modern pergola, and is located on along Scenic Gulf Drive on the Emerald Coast. The white sands of Crystal Beach are only a few steps straight down the street.

Sterling Stay Beach House provides 4 rented beach chairs and 2 umbrellas daily at the beach for our guests. These are already set up on the beach by a vendor so you only need to go to the beach and provide the password to the attendant. There are also plenty of folding beach chairs in the house pool closet that you can take to the beach on a trolley that is provided for for guests.
The 3050 sq. ft. completely tiled main house has a lounge, gourmet kitchen, dining for 14, and a third floor Teaki Tower Room for sunset views.
There are three private suites each with king size beds and a fourth bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds. Each bedroom, as well as the lounge, has a TV and DVD player. Wireless internet is available throughout the main house, poolside and guest house. Ipod dock and poolside outdoor speakers are provided for your listening pleasure.

The private poolside Cabana offers the Cabana Blue Suite with a queen size bed, a flat screen TV/DVD, full bath, and walk-in closet. Adjacent to the suite is the Cabana Lounge with a queen sleeper sofa and a fully equipped kitchenette: microwave, coffee maker, sink, mini-frig, dishes, and dining table for 2.
THE BEACH
Sterling Stay is located directly down the street from the Crystal Beach access. Walk out the door, turn right, and walk past five houses and in less than one minute you will be standing on the beautiful white sands of the Emerald Coast.
RECREATION
Destin offers exciting water activities: snorkeling, parasailing, sunset cruises, glass bottom boat excursions, dolphin watching, and scuba diving. The Big Kahuna Water Park is another favorite family attraction. An abundance of golf courses are also conveniently located in and around Destin.
DINING
Casual and fine dining is within walking distance at Camille's Restaurant or at the Crystal Beach Inn. There are many other restaurants along Scenic Gulf Drive such as The Crab Trap, Captain Dave's or Pompano Joe's where you can enjoy fresh seafood for lunch or dinner. Many of the restaurants have outdoor decks for enjoying beach views and a Gulf breeze as you dine.
SHOPPING
The Destin Commons shopping area is less than a mile away and has the 14 screen Rave Theatre, Hard Rock Cafe, Bass Pro Shop, Barnes & Noble, Best Buy, Build-a-Bear Workshop, and many exclusive specialty shops as well as several major department stores.
The Silver Sands Outlet Mall located within 3 miles and provides another excellent opportunity for shopping for brand name merchandise.

We rent to families and professionals who are minimum 25 years of age who will care for and respect our property by leaving it in the same condition as found upon arrival. This property is not equipped to accommodate high school or college groups, weddings or receptions.
Sterling Stay provides linens and towels for use within the home only. Please bring your own beach and pool towels.
PET FEE $100.
Maximum pet weight is 30 pounds.
Pool Heating $30.00 per day.
Cleaning fee is $260.

Cancellation Policy:
6. CANCELLATIONS – A 60-day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and damage/reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.
Terms and Conditions:
1. CHECK-IN TIME IS AFTER 4:00 P.M. Central Time and CHECK-OUT IS 10:00 A.M. Central Time. NO early check-in or late check-out time.
2. This is a NON-SMOKING home.
3. Pets are not permitted in rental home unless special permission is granted in writing.
4. DAMAGE/RESERVATION DEPOSIT – A damage deposit of $500 is required. A reservation deposit of 25% of rental rate is also required. Both the damage and reservation deposits must be received within four (4) days of booking the reservation. The damage deposit of $500 is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within 15 days of departure, provided the following provisions are met:
a. No damage is done to home or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear. An excess cleaning charge may be assessed.
b. No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets, or collection of rents or services rendered during stay.
c. All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in the garbage cans outside, and soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and cleaned.
d. All doors, including doors for cabana and levels two and three of the main house, are locked upon departure.
e. No linens are lost or damaged.
f. No early check-in or late check-out.
g. The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner) or the local law enforcement.
5. PAYMENT – The balance of payment is due 45 days prior to arrival. Please make payments in the form of traveler’s checks, bank money orders, cashiers checks, or personal checks payable to Kiley Beach Resorts. Credit cards are accepted, but there will be a 3% convenience fee added. The advance payment is not a damage deposit.

7. MONTHLY RESERVATION CANCELLATIONS – Monthly renters must cancel 120 days prior to check-in. Monthly renters who make a change that results in a shortened stay must be made at least 90 days prior to check-in.
8. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY – The maximum number of guests for this property is limited to sixteen (16) persons. Eviction can occur if the occupancy exceeds the maximum.
CLEANING OR STORAGE OF FRESH FISH IS PROHIBITED ON THIS PROPERTY INSIDE OR OUT.
