This gorgeous corner unit has both ocean and golf course views. Kids can search for dolphins in the surf while you observe players try the 8th hole. Earning consistently high praise from past guests, this condo will win you over in lots of ways. First for its views and second for its size. 2,400 square feet ensure that everyone has their own sense of space. Tile floors and creamy yellow walls suit all tastes, while the furniture is of a very high quality and equal comfort.
A very big (400 sq. ft!) balcony is the default space for all meals and down time. A large outdoor dining table helps you to put your views to good use. Inside, tons of details offer the feel of a real home. Cushions add comfort and color to two couches and an armchair; the space is separated from the rest with an area rug. Minor point about kitchen is that the microwave, although functioning, is damaged and may be leaking and should be checked. Stayed for 7 days in March, 2012 Just a couple of issues that came up with this condo-it was very noticable that the carpet in the bedrooms were dirty and when I mentioned it to maintenance they said they knew about it but hadn't been able to clean it because of frequent use of the condo-there were dead bugs and toys under the bed in the twin bed room, The front of the kitchen cabinets need cleaned and shined and there was dried splashed food around the trash container on the wall and cabinet. We found articles of clothing in a closet and in the dust on the launry room floor. My family told me afterward they didn"t use the bed spreads because they were dirty and there was a spilled paint stain on one of the sheets through to the mattress- and one trip though the condo and the bottom of kids feet or socks were black - We did have to call to get a new toilet seat becuse one was crcked and pinched your bum when you stood up and one of shower curtains was torn from the hooks causing water on the floor - property folks came to fix them but I felt they should have been done before we arrived.We learned to live with it but I'm sure there are people who whould have been real upset. The gated community was nice and we felt it was safe. A grill in a common area and beach service (chairs on the beach) would have been nice. It was very inconvenient to carry chairs, umbrellas plus the kids' toys everyday all the way across the parking lot, down the walkway and to the beach. This is not a complaint against the condo, but the Palm Coast area was very inconvenient. We had to drive to St Augustine to find anything to do (we did love the historic district) and couldnt find a store with beach supplies. We are used to the Gulf rather than the coast so it was just different from what we thought it would be. Its a nice place, but didnt work very well for our family so probably wont go back. We had perfect weather and a great view. My wife took a picture of Hole#8 that is so beautiful, it should go in a golf or travel magazine! The next time we stay here, it will be for a month. The only negative was that there was no easy beach access from the condo. The shortest distance was using the golf path but there were signs marking it as private property. I think this stretch should be shared with the golfers and beach folks. Other than that, it was a nice roomy condo, a great place to get away and relax. The beach was fabulous and very private. I would suggest that housekeeping really make a bigger effort on the kithchen floor, because what is on your feet in the kithchen goes to the carpets. Our condo overlooked the 8th hole of the Ocean Hammock Golf Club. What a spectacular view...a beautiful golf course with the ocean as a fabulous backdrop! The condo was spacious. It had three bedrooms and accommodated our family as well as a family friend. The condo was beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed to prepare and serve meals. Cinnamon Beach at Hammock Dunes was a peaceful, relaxing place to stay. There were two pool areas to enjoy, a game room, and above all the wonder of the ocean. Palm Coast is just a short drive to Historic St. Augustine and Daytona Beach. We visited both of these cities during our stay. Orlando is a longer drive, but we were up for a day trip and enjoyed a fantastic day there, as well. Staying at Cinnamon Beach gave us the opportunity to customize our own vacation. It can be as relaxing or adventurous as you wish. We would highly recommend Cinnamon Beach as a vacation destination. |

It would be our only vacation together for the next 3-4 years since our 3-year old granddaughter was moving to HI with our daughter and deployable Marine Corps son-in-law. Although some family would visit them in HI, we would not be able to all visit at one time. Our days together were absolutely great and stress free thanks to beautiful accomodations and all your help with planning. Every detail was covered.
