Vacation Condo Rental Description:
Enjoy your beach vacation at this 3 bedroom beach condo! Located between 46th and 47th street, this condo is walking distance to the grocery store, bike rentals and restaurants! This lower unit features hardwood floors, fireplace, spacious front patio with a gas BBQ and 2 parking spots!
The living room has a couch, an armchair, coffee table, fireplace and a flat screen TV. There are 3 barstools up at the kitchen counter for eating. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, black granite countertops, dual sink, dishwasher and plenty of cabinet and counter space for storing and preparing food.
The master bedroom has a queen bed with an adjoining bathroom with a shower-tub. The second bedroom also has a queen bed and the third bedroom has a single queen bed and two sets of twin bunk beds. There is another full bathroom with nice countertops and shower-tub between the second and third bedroom.
The outdoor patio has a table that seats six, lounge chairs and a gas BBQ, perfect for cooking for family and friends!
There is a washer and dryer and 2 tandem parking spots on the left hand side of the garage.

2012 beach stay Mitchell W. from Mesa, AZ does not recommend this property. Stayed for 7 days in July, 2012 The overall beach house was surfaced cleaned. The bedding ie... bedspreads were not clean. My two pillows smelled like they had been urinated on and were yellow stained. I will rent another property from you but never that particular property. Loved this place! Lindy D. from Santa Ana, CA recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in July, 2011 Very casual "beach cottage" atmosphere. Very comfortable beds. Good surfing and swimming beach so close. Easy access from main roads and 2 parking spots an almost impossible to find bonus. Drive your smaller vehicles-beach parking is always tight. Kitchen appliances are great as well as gas bbq on patio. Mom and Dad have own bathroom and TV, can send kids to "the Dorm" (back bdm) which sleeps 6. Also has 3rd bdm and another bath. Friendly neighbors. We have kids 19 and 22 and they found plenty to do. Had a wonderful time, and will definitely be back! |

Stayed for 8 days in July, 2009 neighborhood is a disaster ..really unkept, trash and questionable people ... i would not return or reccomend ever .........
