Reservation Deposit is 30% and due at booking. Remaining Payment
is due 60 days prior to your trip; both are not refundable.
Rental tax is 13.962%, cleaning fee is $150 and a refundable damage deposit of $500 is required. Additional cleanings are available for $80 per cleaning.
