Casa de Alta, Breckenridge
Ski to Breckenridge Ski Resort via a woods trail that connects with the resort’s Peaks 9 and 10 (Advance skiers). Or hike the gorgeous Colorado wilderness in the summer and enjoy this home’s location backing to national forest land.

Advanced skiers will get a kick out of accessing the ski resort via the Burro Trail, a skiable access trail that intersects Peak 9-and ski back home from Peak 10 (all black trails), a thrilling way to end the ski day.
