Air Conditioned, spacious, beautifully decorated condo near beach access and golf. Walk to the beach access for Hideaways Beach, the St. Regis Princeville Hotel Beach or stroll over to Queen's Bath. Romantic jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom. There is a 40" flat screen TV in the living room and a TV in both bedrooms. Emmalani Court has a large pool with a jacuzzi and bbq grills. High speed internet and free long distance calling in the US. Beach chairs, beach mats, cooler, boogie boards, and golf clubs on request. Tucked away from the highway and sandwiched between 2 fantastic golf courses and the Ocean make this a quiet and tranquil spot.It is clear the owners take pride in their piece of heaven, it had all the amenities we could ask for. Well stocked and very clean. Had a small issue accessing the Internet but was able to resolve. The condo complex itself is well maintained and the other guests and owners are quiet and respectful.It would be nice if the condo had a small grounds map.The unit is HUGE with oodles of space and smartly configured for privacy.We'll be back! |

Needs serious work Mary C. from Indianapolis, IN does not recommend this property. Stayed for 5 days in March, 2012 The positive - the unit is on the golf course and has a wonderful view. The condo layout if nice, large, and spacious. The negative - unit needs some work. It's an older condo that is really starting to show its' age. The appliances need to be updated. The white carpet is old, stained and should be replaced with tile. The bathrooms are in need of a remodeling job. The condo has a musky mothball smell to it and the furniture is stained. The air conditioner is also very old and on its? last leg. Net net, the condo needs to be remodeled and updated. |

Only negatives were from people in unit above-sounded like they were walking a marathon and they used the A/C unit constantly-their a/c compressor unit is right outside the master bedroom windows of 411. With the right neighbors in the upstairs unit this would be a 5 star. |

Stayed for 6 days in July, 2011 Although clean, this condo is sadly stuck in 1970's Florida decor. Other like condos for the same price are decorated much nicer with up to date style. Shows lack of care - curtains falling off the rods, missing light bulbs in front entry and front porch. Furniture in living area looks shoddy and placed awkwardly. Window handles falling off LR windows which can't be locked. Nice location and lots of room but I would stay at another property next time. |

Kauai is a beautiful island, and the North Shore of the island where this rental is located is by far the best place to enjoy it! The rental itself was in pristine condition, and we really appreciated the wonderful kitchen for getting some cooking done while here. We also were able to easily access both the local beaches by foot from here and get some amazing snorkeling in (which including swimming with many honu/sea turtles!). Every night there was a perfect sunset to be seen, and we couldn?t have hoped for more in our stay! We definitely will be back soon again if given the chance to :) |

Avoid this one! A guest from Murrysville, PA does not recommend this property. Stayed for 8 days in February, 2011 This unit has not been updated in more than 30 years - original white kitchen appliances turned yellow, dirty and sagging LR furniture, stained carpets, very old and uncomfortable twin beds - plus NO AC in master BR after being told the unit was fully air conditioned. There were dead bugs everywhere and we were greeted by several roaches. The closed contained a pile of empty boxes and beach equipment and had to be emptied completely to unpack. On-site staff (Eric) was helpful, but the El Paso rental agent - Sandra Greenburg was not. In fact, she was rude and unwilling to make amends. There are other nicer places in Princeville and South Shore of Kauai for less -- avoid this one. |

We knew the island was going to be amazing, but we were very pleased over the condo as well! The inside was very spacious and clean. The pool and hot tub was also very nice. We did have to sweep the common walk way a few times to be sure we didn't track dirt into the condo. I feel if the maintenance would have come around with their blower it would have helped. I also feel the restrooms at the pool could have been kept cleaner. Other than that, everything was great! We will be back very soon. |

The location was great, right in Princecille and close to many beaches and a grocery store. We cooked a lot at the condo and relaxed on the lanai. Some condo reviews in the area talked about bugs, but we didn't see any and the condo was extremely clean and tidy. There were even beach mats and towels for us to use. I would definitely recommend this condo!! |
