Sand Beach with great swimming frontage with hard rippled sand bottom/w(no stones)on great fishing clean and clear 522 acre lake. Both young and old enjoy floating or playing in the water. All water sports are permitted including water skiing and jet skiis.

The home you would be renting is the closest building to the lake. The lake side of the home is close to the waters edge, about 30 feet. Don't be fooled by some maps or GPS systems that make it seem far away. That happens because the lot is 397 feet deep and it shows the address as the spot at the road or the center of the lot and not where the house is. It is known as a premier fishing lake in Southeastern WI and the fishing is great. Even in winter there are sometimes over 50 ice fishing shanties at one time. You will love it here if you enjoy catching Walleyes, Bass, Pike, Northern, or pan fish.(Sept.2011 - A renter reported catching a 30inch Nothhern from the pier in their first three hours there. The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (DNR) helps out the fish population by stocking. The sun over the Lake and the colors of the sky are awsome on most days. You will probably also enjoy the beautiful fall color in late September and October with the trees at Pike lake State Park directly across the lake. I saw three deer last time I was on a short hike at the park.

We have only this property and care for it ourselves to ensure everything is ready to help make those great memories. We wash not only sheets but all blankets after each quests stay unlike many motels/hotels that only wash blankets at least once a month.

Both your private pier and a pontoon paddle boat are included in your rental fee through October. The paddle boat has room for your tackle box, bait,cooler etc. It is one where you sit normal as on a park bench. The pontoons go through the water much more easily than the low fiberglass ones that have a lot of drag in the water. Motorized pontoon boats and motorized fishing boats may be rented at nearby Reef Point Resort. They also have row boats, canoes,and one of those fiberglass paddle boats for those looking to get more exercise.

Your villa also includes completely equipped kitchen, with 2 microwaves, side-by-side refrigerator, stove/oven, coffee maker, toaster, blender, electric pop corn popper, etc. It has Charter Wi-Fi HIGH SPEED INTERNET, 3 TVs, "Cable TV", DVD Players, DVD library, vhs player (no tapes though), book library, radios, board games, and a nautical theme throughout.

The home includes all dishes, utensils, linens, bedding, towels,life jackets, water toys, games, cinderella toy kitchen, two toy boxes, and of course there are toys in them etc.

There is also a frog sandbox and sand toys outside. They can entertain the kids for hours. Also there are Little Tyke scooters, a wagon and a car for the kids to use outside.

This home home has a lakeside patio with gas grill, patio table and chairs set, lounge chair, extra stacking chairs for company, etc.

Home is about 1860 square feet, (more than just a cottage), with central heat and air conditioning. One bedroom is huge with bay window overlooking the lake and a king size bed with memory foam top. The second upstairs bedroom has a queen size bed with large window area to enjoy the unobstructed lake views. The third bedroom is located on the main level, is average size and has two twin beds and great lake views. There is a race car bed for toddlers and a "Porta Crib" for your youngest sweethearts.

Very ample paved parking and a large rear grassy yard; lakeside firepit for campfires; boat launch very nearby and State Park across the lake with great hiking, a beach, and hiking trails (they have maps that tell you how long each route is).

A wooded rural setting but only 20 minutes from Milwaukee with world class zoo, Betty Brin Childrens Museum as well as Milwaukee Public Museum, Milwaukee Brewer baseball, art galleries, Brewery tours, Pabst mansion tours, Lake Michigan Lakefront and beachs, live theatre,comedy clubs, many ethnic festivals and the largest music fest in the USA - Summerfest, Wisconsin State Fair, etc.

Property is about one hour from Madison, WI; an hour and a quarter from Appleton,WI; and less than two hours from Chicago. Close to Holy Hill Church, about 10 minutes.
