Other Fees: A cleaning fee of $125.00 is charged for any reservation of 6 nights or less.
Optional gas pool/whirlpool heat is available for $28.00 per day - 4 day minimum
Gas grill delivery fee is $50.00 and includes a full tank of gas

Other Policies: Smoking is only allowed in the screen enclosed pool/patio areas, but not inside the home.
