The house itself features a King bed in the master bedroom, Queen bed with feather duvet in 2nd bedroom, full size futon and full size bed for additional guests in the loft. The whole house offers a place to relax or entertain friends with the fantastic views as the backdrop.

The living room has Cable TV, DVD player, and stereo for entertainment. The loft has a high-speed internet and computer access. Kitchen is fully equiped with side-by-side refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster, oven, utensils, dishes, and cutlery. Two full baths with fluffy towels This makes it ideal for any kind of mini vacation weekend or a relaxing week in the country. Options for kids of any age.

Deposit: A Refundable deposit of $300 is required upon booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival. Reservations made within 30 days of the arrival date must be paid in full when the reservation is requested.

Other Fees: PETS: No pets are allowed on the premises. If signs of pets are found inside the home an additional $100 fee will apply NO SMOKING Smoking is NOT ALLOWED inside the home. Smoking is allowed outside on the dock and decks. Do not dispose of cigarette butts in the yard or surrounding area. If the Smoking Policy is violated an additional $100.00 will be charged.

Other Policies: When checking out, we ask that you do the following: 1. Leave the kitchen clean, put the dishes in the dishwasher and start the machine 2. Collect your trash in garbage bags and take to recycling center located on pea ridge road. 3. Put all dirty towels and washcloths in one of the tubs 4. Remove sheets from bed and place on top of Mattress 5. Lock all windows and doors 6. During winter months set the thermostat at 58 degrees & in the summer months set the thermostat at 80 degrees 7. Set gas fireplace to pilot 8. Turn water lines to washing machine in off position
