UPDATE: we currently have ONE prime week available, July 6 - 13. We also have some time in late August & early September, should you be looking for a late-season getaway. Our lakeside cottage, with guest house, sleeps 8. It is a seasonal rental, available by the week from Saturday to Saturday. The lakefront has great views, comfortable chairs, a hammock, a small dock, and ideal swimming. There's a big lawn, with shady seating areas in front of the house and at the lake's edge. The indoor spaces include plenty of room for lounging, reading, and family gatherings. We're located just south of the village of Lake Leelanau, so there's a grocery and a couple of restaurants a mile away. We're centrally located 5 minutes from Leland and Suttons Bay, and convenient to everything Leelanau County has to offer. The cottage comes with a nicely equipped kitchen, cable t.v., linens, washer/dryer, and many other amenities. Built in the 1920's, our place has all the charm of an old family cottage with all the updates you'll need for a relaxing family vacation.

Payment Options: cash or check

Deposit: One half of total, plus $175 security deposit, is due at time of reservation - balance due 21 days before time of rental or no later than June 10, 2011, whichever comes first.

Other Fees: The security deposit will be refunded in full if you leave the house in good order, & do not incur any extra housekeeping charges.

Other Policies: Weekly rentals only. PLEASE NOTE: the dock will not accomodate a motor boat.
