First floor amenities include a kitchen with breakfast bar, washer/dryer area, dining & living areas, gas log fireplace,and master bedroom with private bath. Large windows all around afford panaromic water views of both the Mississippi Sound and the Gulf of Mexico. Upstairs are three bedrooms, one bath and a sleeping loft. Beautifully decorated and well appointed. Sleeping accomodations for a maximum of eight guests include two queen beds, and four twins. Internet provided (Bring your Ethernet Cable). No pets and no smoking. Charcoal grill. Washer & dryer. All linens provided. Additional Charges: Cleaning Fee, Lodging Tax 11%, Non-refundable Reservation fee $35 and $50 Damage Waiver.
