All furniture is recently purchased. Ceramic tile floors & carpet through out. Smooth top range, breakfast counter and seperate dining are. Waterviews from almost every window. Wrap around deck with built in benches. This home is pet-friendly and non-smoking. Fully bulkheaded with small dock. Additional Charges: Cleaning Fee, Lodging Tax 11%, Non-refundable Reservation fee $35 and $50 Damage Waiver. Travel Insurance is now offered.
