Modern kitchen wth microwave, large island and breakfast bar. Living area has home theater system with DVD, VCR, stereo, wet bar and wall of windows overlooking the Gulf. Tile floors, soaring ceilings in the great room, leather furniture, open sunning deck, outdoor showers, private berm walkover to the water. Sleeping arrangements include three king-size beds and two sets of twin bunks. Large wrap-around deck provides sweeping views of the Gulf and Mississippi Sound. Two outdoor showers. Sleeps 10 guests maximum. Washer and dryer. All linens included. No pets. Additional Charges: Cleaning Fee, Lodging Tax 11%, Non-refundable Reservation fee $35 and $50 Damage Waiver.
