The Love Shack has received a complete upgrade to the Master Suites and Baths, Guest Bedrooms, Kitchen, Living Areas, Flooring and the pool deck and Balconies. The Love Shack has truly been transformed to the Casa di Amore and could almost be considered “new” given the volume of work completed and new furnishings added. The dramatic change makes the home deserving of a new name to commensurate with its new elegant, luxury design and upscale décor.

Casa Di Amore is located within the community of The Dunes of Destin in Destin, Florida. The Dunes of Destin is considered central Destin and is located near Big Kahuna’s Water Park, Pelican Beach Resort, and close to the intersection of Gulf Shore Boulevard and Highway 98. The Dunes of Destin has established itself as one of Destin’s most desired vacation communities. Offering 675 feet of pristine white beaches, a lake complete with a walking bridge, and a community pool, this community is perfect for vacationing families.

Having undergone a complete renovation in Casa Di Amore (formerly The Love Shack) is practically brand new for 2010. No area of the home was left untouched and the transformation is truly astounding.

Designed and renovated with a beach lifestyle in mind, Casa Di Amore boasts 3,500 square feet, Five Large Bedrooms, Full Size Pool and Hot Tub, Large Pool/Lakeside Balconies and the living, dining and kitchen are arranged in an open floor plan allowing room for the whole group to gather without feeling cramped. Casa Di Amore is situated directly on the south side of the lake in The Dunes of Destin offering fantastic and relaxing views of the lake, its lighted fountains and wildlife. The home is located just steps away from the community’s beach access point granting access to the beautiful white sand beaches and the Emerald Coast’s tranquil blue green waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

Casa Di Amore at The Dunes of Destin is furnished as follows:

1st Floor
The ground level of Casa Di Amore is home to two large bedrooms. The first of which has a King Size Bed and Private Bath. This guest room grants direct access to the Pool Deck and views of the pool deck and lake can be enjoyed through the large glass areas of the doors and windows. The Private Bath has a Walk-in shower finished in travertine tile. The 2nd bedroom is the Bunk Room has two sets of Bunk Beds with full size beds on the bottom and twin size on the top. There are also two Twin Trundle Beds under the full size beds bringing the number of kids this room can accommodate to eight. The Bunk Room also has a Private Bath with a Walk-in Shower done in travertine tile. Both bedrooms feature LCD TVs. There is a Covered Patio area just off these two bedrooms that leads out onto the Full Size Private Pool and Hot Tub surrounded by plenty of sundeck space and patio furniture. (Heat for the pool and hot tub are an optional extra fee). The Two Car Garage is located on this floor and there is room in the driveway for two to four more cars depending on their size.

2nd Floor
The Foyer on the 2nd floor welcomes you and grants immediate access to the stairway up to the Master Suites on the 3rd floor, a Half Bath is just off the entry and the Living, Kitchen and Dining area. The Living Area has a Queen Size Sofa Bed and comfortable lounging furniture. The electronics include a large 46” LCD TV, DVD, and Surround Sound System. The Wi-Fi router is also located in this area. The Dining Area features a Dining Table capable of seating eight persons, there is seating at the Kitchen Bar and just off the Dining Room on the Covered Patio is another table that can be used for dining. The whole group can easily enjoy meals together. The Kitchen has been completely redone and now features Granite Counter Tops, GE Profile Appliances, Gas Cook Top on the Island Bar, and brand new Thomasville Cabinets. Step outside onto the Large covered and completely renovated Patio that overlooks the Pool, Hot Tub and Lake.

3rd Floor
The 3rd floor is truly a sanctuary and offers two full Master Suites. The first is located on the front side of the house has a Private Balcony that looks out over the neighborhood and offers limited views of the Gulf of Mexico. The private Master Bath attached to this suite is large and features a Garden Tub and Walk-in Shower. The Walk-in Shower has been upgraded to include 8, yes, 8 Body Spray Heads and two Shower Heads. This is the definitive shower for a Master Suite. The 2nd Master Suite is on the lake side of the home, has a Private Bath and offers access to the large Lake Front Balcony overlooking the Private Pool, Hot Tub and Lake. The large Master Bath features a Garden Tub and a Walk-in Shower done in glass and travertine and has 4 Body Spray Heads and 2 Shower Heads.
