Step back in time in this completely restored 100 year old cabin and relax as you sit by the creek listening to the rushing water of Grassy Creek as it enters it’s last ¾ of a mile stretch into the New River. Wonderful place for large families to spend time together where you can go on long hikes, roast marshmallowsby the campfire, or catch trout in the creek in the secluded surrounding. The master bedroom has a king and twin bed, the 2nd bedroom has a full and the 3rd bedroom has 3 twins, including bunks. There is also a pull out queen in the family room. Kids will love choosing from around 100 videos or dvds to watch, or playing one of the many fun board games. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. If you want, just grab a book off the shelf and relax on the large wrap around deck. You will never want to leave! If you do end up venturing out, canoe rentals are available just 5 minutes away. Going “into town” is just a short drive with Jefferson being about 20 minutes and Boone being about 45 minutes away.
