And, if you sit long enough you’ll likely see the deer feeding at the deer feeders below. Inside this lavishly furnished new home you’ll find hardwood floors, a cozy stone fireplace with gas logs, a big screen TV and comfy furniture for your enjoyment. The great room also features one wall of windows that present the magnificent mountain views. The dining area features a large table and chairs for six and two more at the bar area, and it adjoins the kitchen that features custom built cabinets, stainless steel appliances, wine cooler, as well as dishwasher for easy cleanup. The master bedroom with comfy queen bed and private bath is also on this level. Upstairs are two additional bedrooms that share a bath. (1 queen and 1 double). Downstairs, the comfy den offers a queen sleeper sofa for additional guests, TV with DVD/VCR, a dining/game table for 6, dorm refrigerator and microwave, making this a great area for the teens to hang out. Two additional bedrooms, each with a queen bed. and a full bath are also available. Just a short drive from Jefferson, this property sits just up the hill from the South Fork of the New River. Drive or walk down to the wonderful well-maintained common area at the river where you can fish, swim or just picnic by the river. And for the adventurous – rent a canoe at one of the two canoe-rental companies that are within 1 mile of the property and take a leisurely ride down the river. No pets allowed. No smoking.
