Important Roman town Vence (2 km) is a delightful summer resort. It is a picturesque old market town, favoured by artistes and galleries. The chapel decorated by the word famous artist Matisse is one of the most visited places of the Riviera. Nearby (5 km) is Saint Paul de Vence the famous artist village.
Vence is the good place for discovering the French Riviera from Cannes to Monaco. The Nice airport is 25 mn by highway.
The nearest beach is Cagnes sur mer, 9 km away.
