This perfect getaway retreat offers two fully-furnished suites with private ensuite bathrooms with a unique lock-off feature that provides two private entrances to the bedroom suites with 1 door inside the villa connecting the two suites and this allows for flexibility if you only need 1 bedroom for your stay. (Inquire about rates for 1 bedroom) The chef's kitchen with a dining table for 6 and spacious family room are perfect for relaxing. Each bedroom has its own TV and offers a King Bed & Queen Bed for your enjoyment. High speed internet is also offered complimentary. The community features 9 gorgeous salt-water pools and spas, the state-of-the-art fitness facility, the clubhouse with lounge, meeting rooms, and outdoor fireplaces, hammock garden, a large resort style pool area with beach entry and private cabanas and Legacy Grill. Vacation A guest from Cota De Caza, CA recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in April, 2013 Overall it was an enjoyable experience. The only negative was with the HOA of the property itself. Our vacation fell during the second weekend of the Coachella Music Festival and the HOA decided to close down the kids pool for a private, "adult" party with a loud DJ playing "house music." Typically it would not have been an issue but since they wanted $5.00 per day to get into the pool, and we had our 9 month old daughter, we felt closing the pool from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm each day was a huge issue. The unit was great, the Property Management company professional, but the HOA and onsite manager needs better attention to details. |

There were some minor repairs which we asked the management to do. Two pleasant maintenance men arrived promptly and the repairs were done. Upon our arrival we could not turn on the living room TV. Since we were all over 18 we phoned the management for IT help. A smart person talked us through the sequence on the remote. Voila, sharp HD reception!We enjoyed our stay. |

However, I was extremely dissapointed with the overall cleanliness of our particular villa. Upon arrival, we entered into our 98 degree villa. It then finally took about 2 hours to cool the villa to a pleasant 78 degree. 2nd, there were several dead bugs in the villa, ie black widows, spiders and crickets. Our bathroom basins and shower tubs were filled with dead nats. It appeared the villa had been cleaned several months ago and no one took the time to inspect our villa prior to our arrival. Note to Rental comp; Prior to guest arrivals, an inspection of the property would be nice as well as turning on the AC so the villa would feel nice and cool upon arrival. |

Only 2 suggestions... TV's too small.. no remote in queen bedroom, no bathtub stopper.. Living room furniture not very comfortable... but the rest of our stay was absolutely fabulous. Great getaway... Good value. |
