The Edge is a stylish development of 25 stand alone homes located at Happy Valley. All homes are of modern design and have a "butterfly roof", 25' walls, natural materials inside and out, clean straight lines and great views.

The Edge # 21 is at the top of the development. It has a double car garage and is laid out over 3 floors.

As you enter the stand alone chalet you are overcome by the light that is in the property, created by full length picture windows in the living area. The views from the windows are of the Monashee Mountains to the right and to the left you can sit in the living room and watch the Gondola going by.

Inside the entrance hallway you are welcomed with a heated slate floor. There is a closet, ideal for hanging coats and storing shoes, and a half bathroom with modern square basin and slate floor. A door leads from the entrance hall into the double car heated garage.As you enter into the living area there is a White Ash solid wood floor throughout leading to the kitchen, dining and living area.

The kitchen is fully equipped and designed to a high standard with state of the art stainless steel dishwasher and fridge/freezer with ice maker, electric stove, gas hob and in-built microwave.

All the units are of black wood. From the kitchen you take full advantage of the huge picture windows and can socialise with guests while cooking the evening meal. A breakfast bar has 4 red leather and silver framed stools for extra seating.

To the left of the kitchen is the dark wooden rectangular dining table with 5 chairs and a leather bench. Hung on the wall is a 50" Flat Screen TV with DVD player. To the right is the living area, which is furnished to a high standard with a black leather corner sofa, which can be made into a double bed and a there is also a two seater love seat. In the middle of the area is a round coffee table, which has four small pull out small stools.

As you sit in the living area you are captivated by the views and can sit and watch guests go up and down the gondola from the windows.

Carpeted stairs lead down to a large foyer going off to two bedrooms, a shared washroom and a den/media room.

The first bedroom has a queen bed with doors giving access to the hot tub. Views out of the windows are of the gondola. A door at the end of the bedroom leads through to a walk through room with closet space and washer/dryer and leads to the shared bathroom, which has a heated slate floor and is of modern design with shower over tub.

The 2nd bedroom has a single over double bunk bed, closet space and again a door leading to the hot tub. Double doors lead to a large media room/den with 50" TV and Blu Ray DVD player and speakers.There are comfy leather couches for relaxing,one that pulls out to a double bed.

From the living area carpeted stairs lead up to the exquisite master bedroom which is luxuriously furnished. Huge gallery style windows look down to the living area below. There is a large king bed set on a round leather base. There is a gas fire and 42" TV also in the bedroom. An en-suite bathroom has a large walk in steam shower and modern square basin. Doors at the back of the bedroom lead out to a separate balcony with views of the other chalets on the development and gondola.
