excellent location , great views of gulf of mexico , seen a lot of marine life , just watch out for the sting rays they get close but are awesome. will go here again if rental is open . Renters call to make sure everything is alright.only downside is a lot of stairs , but didn't bother us, but may if older . Scott

Even though we had to climb 2 flights of stairs(28 steps)daily my wife and I really enjoyed our stay at Cyprus "N" Sun-B2. We felt as though we had our own private beach. The outdoor furniture needs replacement. The refrigerator and microwave were okay but, they both should be repaired or repaced.

Great location...Great view...loved the deck with hammock. Condo had everything we needed. Some needs in the maintenance area: microwave and dishwasher needs to be replaced. Also, got charged $40 extra for a cleaning fee...must be a mix-up on the cleaning agency because we left the condo in the same condition when we arrived.

right on the beach and quiet! my family and i really enjoyed this spot. sadly the weather didnt allow us to spend too much time on the porch or beach but if we come back next year, ill stay here again!

Two very minor comments (1) when arriving, because there was no light outside the front door, I could not read the combination on the padlock. Fortunately I had a torch but this was at the bottom of my suitcase and was troublesome to find. Suggest a movement light is fitted outside the front door; (2) there are 25 steps to the condo. Fotunately,although in our seventies we could just about manage these with our heavy suitcases but others should be warned in case they are not as fit as we are.

You will see everything going on on the beach from this balcony. This is a good clean condo for a couple or family with two small kids. The complex is small and friendly. No pool so warn the kids the surf can be cold. Lots of steps so no bad knees need apply. Our biggest gripe is No Wireless for the Internet connection so you are tethered to a wire in the bedroom. Wireless routers are just not expensive, $50 gets you a perfectly adequate one. The bedroom flat screen would not connect to cable - no bedroom tv. Otherwise, we just said "nice" and that's after staying in several condos in this same stretch of Indian Rocks Beach.

Beautiful Sunsets

This is the 2nd time I have rented this Condo and it is a great place, right on the beach, with fantastic views and sunsets. Comfortable inside with everything you will need, from making meals to doing laundry. Some new furniture in livingroom. A new hammock on the big deck for lounging while watching the sunset. If you have not stayed here you should give it a try, you will NOT be dissapointed! I have one suggestion, I believe the beds could use some new sheets. This is my 3rd year renting from Waterfront Vacation Rentals, the ladies are always polite and answer any questions I have. They call to make sure we arrived and were able to let ourselves into the condo. They ask if everything is okay and to find out if we may need anything, and for us to call if we do. I'm happy renting from Waterfront and will continue to do so.

The condo, location and amentites were exactly as presented and pictured on the website. We were thrilled to find that what we rented for our very special vacation/honeymoon was perfect in every way with one small exception. The bed was a double and the mattress needs to be replaced. It sagged in the middle resulting in poor sleep and sore backs. Otherwise we have NO complaints whatsoever. The beach was beautiful, offered great shelling, was private, other vacationers though friendly were not intrusive. It was quiet and centrally located to restaurants and sightseeing. Easily accessed from the airport. THANK YOU for delivering what you promised. And we promise we'll be back!!!!!!!

We are very pleased that you enjoyed your stay at this condo. The master is a queen bed. We had a couple people try out the bed and they found it to be comfortable for them. It is a double, and a twin, in the guest bedroom. We got mixed feedback on this bed. Since it is set up as a bunk bed, it would be better suited to children. It really is a day bed and a twin mattress - no foundations. The owners are aware of the situation and will look into it.

We enjoyed the place very much, just next to the beach with an hudge terrace overlooking the sea.The appartement is well equipped and has a lot of space.What we didn't like was the fact the we had to clean ALL dishes at arrival first (it was not "not clean", evertything was dirty from tomato sauce or whatever...), something you would not expect for a 1200 Dollar appartement. Also I may recommend to replace all the scratched friying pans and some of the very basic kitchen gear..., it is just unworthy for this nice place and leaves a bad impretion.Beside that..., we had a great time

Housekeeping does not take the dishes out of the cupboards when they are cleaning the units, we assume that people don't put dirty dishes in the cupboards. The owner is local and will be inspecting the units pots and pans.

The location of the property is ideal for people who are looking for a quite beach. Sand is superb, water is very warm and waves are perfect for family fun. The property is comfortable and clean, while the electros may need a little update. No BBQ is provided. I recommend this property withou hesitation. We had great vacations there!

on first day we arrived no remote working for tv in master,this is the same as having no water in shower,reported it and was never fixed in the two weeks we stayed,lights in living failty,garbage disposa did not work,all very unprofessional.

Great location and beautiful view. Absolutely gorgeous view of the ocean from the balcony. The hammock is really nice. Located at a nice area between the beach and intercoastal, and close to everything. Bus stop is near condo if you use public transportation. The only complaints we had was there needs to be more linens and the place needs a good cleaning. There was no extra sheets or pillowcases, and only 5 towels. The kitchen cabinets and dishes need to be cleaned. We would stay there again, but the place needs a good cleaning.

Loved the views, proximity to restaurants, stores, etc. The twenty eight steep steps would not be for everyone. Guest Bedroom really not adequate. It was basically a futon with a bunk bed above it. Not comfortable for my guests. Dining room decor was a bit over the top, but the new living room was tastefully done. TV in master bedroom could be updated and remote did not work. We loved the deck and hammock. Overall, our stay was enjoyable.

Windows and mirrors not clean. Amenities cheap and sometimes missing, especially in kitchen. Vacuum cleaner doesn't work. No railing on one side of stairs. No dustpan. Internet hookup is lousy! More sttention to detail is needed. Either that, or lower the rental price significantly. Tv remote in bedroom was broken when I arrived.

Fantastic location. Property looks exactly like the attached photos. Property very well appointed and extremely clean. Property mangmt very quick to help with all requests before and during our stay. Yes, there are stains on the dining rm rug, but they have obviously attemempted to clean it. Plenty of hot water and air conditioner worked well. Would definitely return.

While the condo was in good condition there were a few issues. One of the nightstand lights in the master bedroom did not work, one of the toilets ran constantly, the external speakers did not work and one of the surround sound speakers did not work. Also, the Teflon on all of the skillets was peeling off. The kitchen could also use a blender. Otherwise the unit was tastefully decorated and well situated on a beautiful beach.

Overall we were very satisfied. Location is excellent as are the ocean views. We chose the unit because it is pet friendly. The unit does need some upgrading however. The bed in the second bedroom is not suitable for adults and as we were 4 adults it was not the greatest having to use that bed. The carpet in the dining room is badly stained and should be replaced. One light in the master bedroom does not work. The toaster works sometimes but other times needs to be held down. Overall though we thoroughly enjoyed our month and would consider rebooking again.

Very nice place. We would definitely recommend this to everyone. The beach was absolutely beautiful especially for the 4th of July. I wish the tourists would take a chance on St Petersburg and your rentals, they would not be disappointed and I am positive they would enjoy their time on the beach in St Petersburg!!!

General Condition: we had a horrible time with the air conditioner. We followed all of the instructions but the thing just was old and it was hot in the condo. We ran out of hot water after one person showered-even when we turned the water down to just a drip. The CD player worked for about 15 minutes then it would skip and go in and out. The location was what made our stay worth it! Safety: we had a scare one evening as we were leaving to go out to eat dinner. A woman from the neighboring condo confronted a man who was sitting in her car parked in the covered parking for the condo. He took some things and ran. Police were called and the guy was ultimately caught. Clean: the property was not clean. We mopped the floors and swept the kitchen carpet, the only blanket was really dirty, the refrigerator needed to be cleaned, the carpet in the dining room looked like someone had spilled spaghetti all over the floor and didn't clean it up, there was just random stuff piled on the floor in the closets. The view was amazing

We wish we had been notified us about the housekeeping deficiencies so we could have sent the crew back to rectify their oversights and would have gladly sent maintenance the check the air conditioner and water heater. Previous guests had not reported any problem with either of these appliances during their stay.
