Cultus Lake 3 br Vacation Rental Cottage

This is a quaint, 3 bedroom, waterfront cottage located at Lindell Beach on Cultus Lake, B.C. It has spacious rooms of rustic cedar and boasts a wharf out front where you can moor your boat or just simply enjoy while swimming or sunning. It's very close to the famous 'Teapot Hill' hike or numerous other walks along the beach, up the creek, etc. The patio has a BBQ and patio furniture for those outdoor dinners that you can partake in while also taking in the spectacular view with Mt. Cheam in the distance. A tennis court, basketball court and volleyball area are all close by. A par 4 golf course is located at only a 7 minute drive away as well the famous Cultus Lake Waterslide Park. All in all, it's never a dull moment!

The cottage is family friendly and will accomodate 6 people.

Primary renters must be at least 30 years of age.

A 25% non-refundable deposit is due upon booking and a balance payment is due 30 days prior to arrival along with a damage deposit of $500 which will be returned to you when inspection of cabin is deemed fine, upon departure.

NO RV's or mobile sleeping may be parked at the property unless used solely for transportation.

All guests and their invitees use the premise, structure, appliances and furnishings at their own risk. The Property Owners shall not be held liable or responsible in anyway for any injury that is caused by intentional or unintentional acts.

Cancellation: If any cancellation is received less than 30 days prior to arrival the renter shall forfeit the full amount, unless we are able to re-rent the cabin.

Guests are responsible for the day to day cleaning of the cottage and ensuring that the cottage and the surrounding property is kept clean at all times. Garbage goes out on Monday morning to main road-please use the garbage can provided. You can leave your re-cyclables at the back door and we will take them away.
