Private: grounds 400 m2 (fenced), nice garden with lawn 150 m2, public parking on the road. Shop 3 km, grocers 3 km, restaurant 3 km, bus stop 120 m, railway station 3 km, sandy beach 2.5 km. Golf course 3 km.
