Sweet Retreat at Shipwatch is furnished as follows:

1st Floor
The ground level of Sweet Retreat features the 2nd Master Suite with a Private Bath which has direct access to the large ground floor Gulf-front Balcony, perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails. The Bunk Room is also located on this floor and features Two Sets of Bunks with Twin Beds, one with a trundle, and is decorated in colorful décor intended to appeal to the younger ones in the group. There is a separate Bath with a Walk-in Shower done in travertine that can be used by those in the bunk room and as common bath for returning from the beach. A full size Washer and Dryer are located on this floor and the Two Car Garage and brick paver driveway is also on this level. The home’s Private Beach Access is right off the Ground Floor Balcony.

2nd Floor
This floor features the homes Main Living Area with lots of seating in chairs and on the large sectional sofa. The Living Room has great windows for taking in the views and the 2nd floor Balcony can be accessed from the living area. The kitchen is open to the Living and Dining areas and has Granite Counter Tops and a convenient center island with cook top making preparing food, beverage and socializing easy and comfortable.

Just off the kitchen and dining area there is a bedroom with a Queen size bed and a Semi-Private Bath. There is a door that can be closed to allow private access from this bedroom to the bath, but when open it becomes a common bath for the second floor. The bedroom also has a door making it a private room even when access to the bath is allowed to others. This bedroom also has views of and direct access to the lanai deck and Private Martini style pool.

Off the living area (and queen bedroom above) is the lanai deck with the Martini Style Pool. There are two sets of Patio Furniture with tables. The pool is great for cooling down, fun for the kids, and creates an inviting atmosphere for relaxing and grilling on the conveniently placed Gas Grill.

Just off the Lanai Deck is the private entrance to the Guest Suite or mother-in-law suite as similar suites are sometimes called. The guest suite features a King Size Bed and a Twin Trundle Set and a Private Bath. There are two comfortable chairs for seating and a small Kitchen with Mini-fridge, Microwave, Small Appliances, and Sink. The suite is perfect for those that may need a little more privacy during the stay and provides another kitchen for the morning coffee and afternoon snack rushes.

3rd Floor
The third floor features the home’s spacious Master Suite. The Master Suite features a large King bed, Private Bath with Whirlpool Tub, Twin Vanities, a Walk-in Shower done in travertine, and a separate Power Room. In addition to two great sets of windows with awe inspiring views, there is also the Master Suite’ private Gulf-front balcony to enjoy.

Shipwatch Community is located on the eastern end of Scenic Gulf Drive (aka Scenic 98) in the Silver Sands Outlet mall area of Destin/Miramar Beach. Shipwatch Community is next door to Edgewater Condominium. Access to all the Destin area’s famous shopping, dining, charter fishing and attractions is just minutes away and the Silver Sands Outlet mall is even within walking distance.
