Bedroom 1 located upstairs has a Queen-sized 4 Poster bed. Bedroom 2 also located upstairs has a comfortable Double-sized bed. Perfect for kids or the kids at heart is the Third Bedroom located downstairs. It has 2 Twin Bunk Beds and a family-fun Foosball Table. In addition, there is an open and airy loft with a Trundle Day-bed.
Relax on your large deck listening to the wind move through the surrounding trees or venture close by to enjoy the Pool, Lake and Tennis Courts of the Blue Lake Springs Recreation Center (additional fees may apply). You cannot go wrong when you are Nestled In.

My two little boys, 2 and 5 kept saying they wished they lived there forever. It was the perfect getaway. Cabin was clean, beds were nicely made and kitchen and bathrooms worked well. Also, this cabin has a chalet roof and loft. We loved it. |

The fireplace was enjoyable and we had a lot of snow while we were there and the kids liked playing nearby. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and the beds were comfortable. The kids all liked sleeping in the "Bunk Room" and had fun with the foozball table. |

Nicole, our contact at Century 21 for the rental property, was far above fantastic. She was very accomodating and receptive to any correspondance needed. The place was also very well kept. The only problem I had was that the deck was full of sap from the trees above. I don't think anything could be done about this, but it was a little annoying if you wanted to walk out using the deck on the side of the kitchen. Other than that small inconvience, the place was great and we had a great time. Thank You! |

Stayed for 2 days in January, 2011 We enjoyed our stay at the nestled in. A few things that may be of cncern are; the driveway can be a little difficult to manuever in with big trucks and it's steep. It worked out fine for us though. The ash container was full along with the wood burning oven, we were not sure where to dispose of the material either. We also ran out of toilet paper which was suppose to be stocked. All of these things were very minor set backs. We loved the cabin, there was 6 adults. Hot water for showers was hard to come by, but we made do. The cabin is very comfortable, furniture is nice, and the kitchen had what we needed for our meals. We enjoyed BBQ, games,the radio, and snowboarding at bear valley. I would definetly recommend this cabin to others, and I hope we have a chance to visit again. The property management was very helpful as well. |

Great place but treacherous steps and driveway in winter A guest from Pleasant Hill, CA does not recommend this property. Stayed for 2 days in December, 2010 Everything was very good until I slipped in the stairs because of ice. The driveway is treacherous and with a pair of seniors it was quite an ordeal walking down to ride the cars. Presently nursing an injury from the fall. |

Only complaint is that the matress on the queen bed (room upstairs on right) needs to be replaced. They have placed extra mattress pads and such on it but it is in bad shape and has NO support (woke up with a backache both mornings). |

Stayed for 23 days in August, 2009 Steep driveway and stairs. Practicaly unusable matresses. No internet access. Sandy Pearce, agent, was very helpful in helping us to overcome some of the deficiencies. No smoke detectors. Lower outside stairs had no hand rail. Unit probably OK for a weekend, but not for a longer stay. |
