Yuanmin L. from a, a recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in November, 2016 This place is cozy and clean. Suitable for family stay. The instruction guided properly. Location closed to shopping and the village.
Troy F. from Vancovuer, BC recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in April, 2016 Nice unit and perfect set up for a family. Added bonus, this unit has a second bathroom even though listing states only one. Easy access to town, transit for lift is right across the street if you don't wan to walk through town. Only downfall is unit faces busy street, which adds a little noise with windows open and takes something away from sitting in hot tub.
stefanie n. from Kalamazoo, MI recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in March, 2016 Overall, had a wonderful stay! The place was clean and it is conveniently located across the street from the grocery store. The kitchen was stocked. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. And it is such a bonus to have a private hot tub right there at the unit. Would definitely rent here again.
Kathryn M. from a, a recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in January, 2016 This 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment made our trip a real pleasure! The kitchen had everything wecould possibly need. The fireplace and enormous on-deck hot tub were welcome after a long day of skiing. Having a washer and dryer right there made dealing with wet ski clothes a snap. The in-tub Jacuzzi was a plus, as well. Although we didn't watch much TV, it was great to get local weather info before the slopes opened. The apartment was right across the street from the Whistler Village Walk and from the deck we could see skiers shushing down the runs. Whistler is a magical place, and we would recommend Glacier's Reach as a convenient, good value for your next trip.
Kate S. from a, a recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in January, 2016 This was our second time at Glaciers Reach and we love it! The condo is in the perfect location. We love that when once we get to Glaciers Reach we don't have to drive and can walk to any place in the village. It is great having our own hot tub as well. Only downside, there was so much chlorine in the hot tub that it bleached my swimsuit.
Jan V. from Lethbridge, AB recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in December, 2015 The condo we rented was amazing very clean you can tell Trevor does an amazing job maintaining the property. The location is perfect just a short walk to Whistler village. The personal hot tub is an amazing feature as well.I would recommend this property to to everybody.
Good location with tired furnishings and equipment
Leonidas R. from nanaimo, BC does not recommend this property. Stayed for 5 days in December, 2015 The unit 28 is in good location across the village. This comes with noise of snow clearing machinery from very very early in the morning often at 4am. The apartment furniture are old and uncomfortable, the kitchen utensils overused and in need of replacement. Overall stay is ok but the price is extraordinary for an under ordinary facility.
A guest from stanwood, WA recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in November, 2015 We had a great stay. The condo is very well equipped and very clean. We enjoyed the hot tub on the deck. It is in an excellent location for walking the village. Enjoyed the free parking also.
A guest from Vancouver, BC recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in March, 2015 - the unit was nice and clean- lots of space for a family or group of friends- convenient location close to the village (close to the town square-ish area with the skating rink and the olympic rings)- loved the hottub on the balcony
MaryEllen P. from Kirkland, Washington does not recommend this property. Stayed for 4 days in February, 2015 The property is in an ideal location since it is right across the street from the Whistler Village grocery store and shops. The drawback was all the stairs. The unit is on the 2nd & 3rd floors so its a lot of stairs to climb. The description and pictures are accurate with the exception of the balcony and hot tub. The balcony is in the front of the unit which sits directly on the street across from the entrance and exit to the parking lot. Also the master bedroom could use some room darkening drapes instead of the light linen drapes.
A guest from Olivia, MN recommends this property. Stayed for 6 days in February, 2015 Perfect spot if you like to walk to everything. Restaurants, shopping and gondolas. Great for party of 4. A bit close but clean and a nice hot tub for relaxing after a day on the slopes.
A guest from Lynnwood, WA recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in December, 2014 We had a great time in Whistler, and enjoyed very much staying at the Glaciers Reach Unit 28. The town-home was very clean, and comfortable. The hot tub was a great;the kitchen very well equipped. Trevor was very helpful, and provided prompt reply to our inquiries. The unit is located right across the grocery and liquor store street, which was very convenient. We walked everywhere, and had a great time! We will definitely come back, and stay at the Glaciers Reach again (maybe try another town-home, since they all look good).
A guest from seattle, WA recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in December, 2014 This home was a perfect fit for our group! The kitchen was well equipped and cooked 3 out of the 4 nights that we stayed there. It is just across the street from a grocery store and just a 5 minute walk into the heart of the village. We were even able walk to the gondolas everyday with all of our ski gear. If you don't want to walk, then you can pick up the shuttle which is directly across the street. It was wonderful to come back to our personal hot tub after skiing and relax. We will definitely be returning next year!
Andrew J. from Bedale, a recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in April, 2014 The entire holiday was superb. In terms of the accommodation, the house was well equipped with all the essentials required for a comfortable and easy stay. Everything was in full working order. At no point did we think we had made a wrong or bad decision to book here. The owner of the property was very helpful when arranging the booking. The whole experience was faultless and excellent value for money. Well done!
Carol P. from Rossland, BC recommends this property. Stayed for 5 days in February, 2014 Nice condo with a private deck and great view. Comfy beds and clean hot tub! Parking was a little tight with a ski rack on van, but over-height parking wasn't too far away. Overall, a handy home away from home!
Property Manager Response: Response from AllSeason Vacation Rentals Great to hear Carol. Trev
Kate T. from Seattle, WA recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in January, 2014 We had 4 people staying at Glacier's Reach #28 and it was perfect! Very clean, neat and welcoming place. We really enjoyed having the kitchen be fully stocked with items we would need to cook. Thank you for the coffee filters (we thought we needed some and we didn't). Lots of towels to be able to have a towel for your shower and then your dip in the hot tub too! It was a GREAT place and we will definitely be back.
A guest from San Bartolo, Ameyalco recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in December, 2013 everything is fine, the thing that we didint like is de sofa bed , the worts ever , chanche it the mattres is a nightmare!!! ,we will really like if you hade some one on the reception to talk to its hard some times to understand the instructions , it will make the place much nicer if you chanche that
Vesna T. from Vancouver, British Columbia recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in December, 2013 We were very satisfied with our stay at Glaciers Reach apartments. Everything was almost perfect, except one of the TVs in main bedroom did not work, and staff was not able to fix the connection. The pool in common area was not warm enough to go into it. But overall experience was very good. I can recommend it. Location is very convenient, too.
Patrick Q. from Burnaby, BC does not recommend this property. Stayed for 2 days in November, 2013 First of all, we walked to the room and had to avoid the dog poo on the walkway. The lock was in disrepair, so we had difficulties opening it. When we finally opened the door, it was to a stench of febreze, and we had to leave the windows and patio door open for three hours to air it out, and it still reeked. The smell never dissipated the entire time we were there. It must have been poured right into the carpet to hide something. We thought maybe a febreze container was hiding somewhere, so we searched the room. We didn't find any febreze, but we found a bag of marijuana in the cabinet under the tv. At bed time it was a pleasant surprise to roll down the blankets and find hairs in the bedding. Both patios were filthy dirty. We asked the management professional to try to impress us with a nice view, and all we could see was the loading dock of IGA. On the positive side, the hot tub was fantastic and clean, and there were lots of clean towels.
Reviewed by: Vanessa G. recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in September, 2013 Great booking site to work with. Agent was accommodating and quick to reply.Ease upon arrival, all instructions were bang on. Great location, especially for children, as Olympic park and playground is literally across the road.Complex is very well maintained. Pool/hot tub get levels checked twice daily - very clean!Unit was good - a few things need to be repaired/replaced (patio screen door, stove hood light). But all in all, was as advertised. Would definitely stay again. I LOVED the top deck! Glorious for early morning coffee, reading & napping!
A guest from Surrey, BC recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in April, 2013 Upon arriving at Glacier Reach we found that it was quite easy to find the rental unit. The unit is simply furnished but comfortable. It was clean on the surface but could use a good cleaning overall. Although the carpet didn't appear all that dirty, white socks showed otherwise. The condo itself is layed out quite nicely and everything is convenient. We never felt crowded at all. The location is good with the supermarket and liquor store just across the road. Overall I was satisfied with our stay and I would recommend this property but I would also recommend the management company give it a good cleaning.
Matthew B. from Fort McMurray, Alberta recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in February, 2013 Great rental property. Walking distance to everything you want or need and the free shuttle to the lifts is right in front of this rental. The new hot tub on the patio was perfect after a long day on the hill. Would recommend to anyone.
Megan S. from Portland, OR recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in January, 2013 The unit was great - we especially enjoyed the hot tub. Everything was super clean. Plenty of extra towels provided - which was nice for hot tub. Trevor was extremely helpful and responded to emails quickly. I would highly recommend this rental!
A guest from v, b recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in January, 2013 We had a great time at Glacier's Reach. This was a newly renovated (at least in appearance) condo that was well appointed, very comfortable, and in a great location with a nice view of Whistler mountain. The hot tub on the deck is huge and very nice. I would highly recommend a stay here to anyone.
A guest from Vancouver, BC recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in November, 2012 Our stay here was wonderful. A nice spot that's conveniently located across from the marketplace where there's everything you need (IGA, Starbucks, Mac's, liquor store).. There's even a really good Indian restaurant (The Royal Taste of India) at the Marketplace that was a really reasonably priced and tasted amazing! The suite itself was clean and had a spacious living room. The bathroom even had a hairdryer which was a bonus for those who often forget to pack one!
Ryan R. from Seattle, WA recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in November, 2012 I've stayed at other Glacier's Reach properties before, so I knew what to expect. I've given 5 stars across the board because the accomodations were exactly as advertised, and lived up to my expectations. Close enough to walk directly into the village, 5 minutes max, but far enough outside you dont have to deal with all the craziness. Awesome hottub, with a view of the ski hill, and comfortable beds in the bedrooms. The kitchen is larger than it looks in the picture, and very will outfitted. Thanks Trevor!
Emily M. from v, b recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in September, 2012 We had a wonderful time and have no complaints. The location was great, the check in/ check out directions were great. We would definitely stay here again!
aslida c. from vancouver, BC recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in July, 2012 The place is really good, clean, perfect location, it has everything inside, the kitchen is very complete, towels, dvd, magazines, books, all you need, and the jacuzzi is perfect!! really worth renting it over a hotel. The only down side l think it was that the check out was at 10am :(
Simon R. from v, b recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in May, 2012 The property was very clean and maintained to a high standard. Only downside was noise as a result of the proximity to the road and to the Market Place... But that has to be weighed up against the convenience of being so close to the Market Place! Great hot tub for a post ride soak
A guest from Calgary, AB recommends this property. Stayed for 6 days in April, 2012 Our group enjoyed our stay in this unit. It was great to have the hot tub on the deck as well as the more public pool and hot tub. The unit was very well equipped with most cooking supplies (a couple larger pots would have been great), full-size appliances, in-suite laundry, good linens and towels were also provided. The only thing I would comment on that should be updated is the flooring. It would be nice to have a hard surface floor on the entire main level to keep it clean. I don't like when there is carpet under the eating table or where the people come in from the hot tub still wet. Overall, this is a great unit and fairly well kept for a rental property.
Property Manager Response: Response from Whistler Vacations Thanks for the review Cindy, this home has brand new carpet in the home and but the strata bylaws do not allow us to put hard surfaces in the living area, I am sure that the guests below appreciate this. See you next timeTrev
A guest from a, a recommends this property. Stayed for 21 days in December, 2011 Our stay was great. The unit we were in was clean, quiet and comfortable. The weekly cleaning service was a much appreciated touch that many other rental companies do not provide. I'd happily choose this property again over others I have stayed at. Thanks! ^^
A guest from Seattle, WA recommends this property. Stayed for 5 days in December, 2011 We were satisfied with all aspects. Now wowed but it was reasonable value. Two things: the hot tub was giving off a gassy odour of rotten eggs - too much chlorine perhaps? And, the unit needs a frying pan!! Thanks again, we had an excellent week in Whistler.
Property Manager Response: Response from Whistler Vacations The frying pans are located under the stove
Tara C. from Chicago, IL recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in October, 2011 I will never book with another Whistler company again. These guys are fantastic and exceeded our expectations. Trevor was terrific in helping us with anything that arose as well as questions we had. The unit we stayed at in Glacier's Reach was perfect and with a 2 and 4 year old, we will ask for that one again and again. The hot tub was great. Thanks again for a seamless Whistler vacation
A guest from a, a recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in August, 2011 even though the properties manager professed to check his messages very often he failed to reply at all to a somewhat urgent message regarding an issue with a very old oven with a dodgy locking bracket
Property Manager Response: Response from Whistler Vacations Hi John, I did get your message but you did not leave me a phone number to call back and unfortunately I did not have the number for your home on my person that evening. I will take a look at the bracket tomorow.Trevor
Reviewed by: Nancy C. recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in August, 2011 We recently stayed in #28 with our two teenage sons for our first stay ever in Whistler. There was plenty of room, the condo provided everything we would need for a comfortable stay. The condo and hot tub were clean and well was wonderful after a hard day of biking to soak overlooking the mountains. One of the best things about this location was it was right across the street from the marketplace and village. We needed only to park (secured underground parking) and walk. Check in was easy as we received clear instructions. We are already planning to return again for another weekend getaway.
A guest from Ancaster, ON does not recommend this property. Stayed for 3 days in July, 2011 This condo was in a great location, very close to whistler village. We travel alot and we were disappointed in the general condition of the condo we stayed in. It did not however spoil our vacation. Some tlc is needed with this unit, ie cleaning the blinds, replacing worn out carpeting, making sure all appliances work in between bookings etc.
Property Manager Response: Response from Whistler Vacations Thanks for your feedback Denise. The carpet in this home are scheduled to be replaced this fall (2011) I wanted to do them last year but the owner dropped 7K on a new hot tub and that kind of blew the budget. I know that with new carpet this home will be one of my best!Trev
I was very disappointed that the hot tub was dirty, not just not clean but brown ring around the tub and greenish water. If this
Curt S. from Kleingburg, ON recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in July, 2011 The washing machine sounds like an airplane is trying to land in the room but that's not a huge problem. All units should have decent TV's as the cost is much less than previous year's. This unit had a 40" screen which is good but other units I had to chose from didn't.Trevor was very helpful and because of that we'll plan on coming back.Curt Stirling Oakville Ontario
Property Manager Response: Response from Whistler Vacations Hey Curt, I will see why your tub was not up to snuff. Next time you book please remind me of this and we will do our best to ensure that you are well taken care ofTrev
Anna T. from v, b recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in May, 2011 If you enjoy quiet time and relaxation...this is a great place to stay!I would come stay here every weekend if I was able to! I would definitely recommend it to all my friends!
This was a moderate property and stay. Nothing special
Cameron R. from Surrey, BC does not recommend this property. Stayed for 3 days in March, 2011 Location close to shops but on main road. Cost was ok - the property was good if you were just skiing. It was a little older and tired. Bedding was substandard.
Property Manager Response: Response from Whistler Vacations I guess that you can not make everyone happy, please look at all of the other reviews. Most of our sheets are 220 thread count.Trev
Anita A. from v, b recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in January, 2011 This condo was in the perfect location, right across from market place, a short walk or free shuttle to the village and ski hills. We had a great vacation due to great accomodations and vicinity of amenities.
A guest from v, b recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in November, 2010 The condo is in a great location - just across from the stores at the bottom of the village.Other than the dirty gross hot tub, the property was clean and well maintained.I would definitely stay there again, but would probably ask that they make sure the hot tub was cleaned really well before we got there. The beds were comfortable, there was a good variety or dishes and utensils, and there were great amenities there.
Property Manager Response: Response from Whistler Vacations Sorry about the hot tub. This was a last minute booking and the hot tub company did not get the booking information until after the guest had arrived. This was my fault. Glad that you enjoyed the rest of your stay with us.Trevor
A guest from v, b recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in November, 2010 We would come back in a heart beat! This place has the perfect location and the place is wonderful! I would recommend it to everyone I know!
A guest from 1, 1 recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in September, 2010 We really enjoyed ourselves at Glaciers reach, one of the highlites was going back to the home and sitting in the hot tub. We would return to stay at Glaciers Reach again.
Ian M. from v, v recommends this property. Stayed for 5 days in August, 2010 Very noisy on 1st night Saturday-got very little sleep. Subsequent nights were better but still were woken up on a regular basis by night time revellers either on the main road or adjoining apartments. This was the only negative aspect of our visit.Rest was excellent. good value for rent paid. Would have been nice to have had welcome pack in fridge. bread/milk/cereal and juice. Good to have cleaning materials provided and condiments etc.Ian Macinnis
Property Manager Response: Response from Whistler Vacations The labor day long weekend can get a bit roudy but I am glad that you still enjoyed your stay with us. I have tried the welcome pack thing but it was too expensive and way too much wastage. You can order grociers from Nesters Market and have them waiting in your home.Trev
A guest from v, b recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in July, 2010 Hot tub water was dirty, we called the maintenance number he was away and so we had to call someone else, he laughed at us and didnt really help with how to change the water, we had to clean the water ourselves by fishing bugs etc out took a while for it to heat up as we had to add water because it was low, the balconies and furniture on them were dusty. other than that beautiful home, very clean, everything you need is there fully stocked kitchen, bathroom you name it, its there very comfortable stay. would stay again and reccomend to all.
A guest from Cogee, NSW recommends this property. Stayed for 14 days in May, 2010 wonderful location, great views, the manager even came over himself to help us work the dvd player and gave us great info on where to entertain kids. The hot tub was checked each week.Everything was spotless and very roomy.
