All of our homes at Glaciers Reach are a ten minute walk or a free shuttle ride to the base of Whistler and Blackcomb mountains. Everything that Whistler Village offers is at your door step, along the picturesque, cobble-stoned village stroll.
Some of the recent upgrades to this two bedroom two bathroom townhome include; paint, hot tub, mattresses, duvets and leather pull out couch. Other features include a 40 inch TV/DVD/Digital cable, CD player with I Pod dock, small BBQ, TV/DVD in master bedroom, air-conditioning, gas fire place, heated year round pool, shared sauna, free underground parking and high speed internet with Wi-Fi. This vacation home sleeps a maximum of six guests but four is recommended. The bedding consists of; a queen bed, a bunk bed with a full queen below and a single on top and a queen sofa bed. Added bonus, this unit has a second bathroom even though listing states only one. Easy access to town, transit for lift is right across the street if you don't wan to walk through town. Only downfall is unit faces busy street, which adds a little noise with windows open and takes something away from sitting in hot tub.

The fireplace and enormous on-deck hot tub were welcome after a long day of skiing. Having a washer and dryer right there made dealing with wet ski clothes a snap. The in-tub Jacuzzi was a plus, as well. Although we didn't watch much TV, it was great to get local weather info before the slopes opened. The apartment was right across the street from the Whistler Village Walk and from the deck we could see skiers shushing down the runs. Whistler is a magical place, and we would recommend Glacier's Reach as a convenient, good value for your next trip.

We love that when once we get to Glaciers Reach we don't have to drive and can walk to any place in the village. It is great having our own hot tub as well. Only downside, there was so much chlorine in the hot tub that it bleached my swimsuit.

Good location with tired furnishings and equipment

This comes with noise of snow clearing machinery from very very early in the morning often at 4am. The apartment furniture are old and uncomfortable, the kitchen utensils overused and in need of replacement. Overall stay is ok but the price is extraordinary for an under ordinary facility.

Stayed for 4 days in February, 2015 The property is in an ideal location since it is right across the street from the Whistler Village grocery store and shops. The drawback was all the stairs. The unit is on the 2nd & 3rd floors so its a lot of stairs to climb. The description and pictures are accurate with the exception of the balcony and hot tub. The balcony is in the front of the unit which sits directly on the street across from the entrance and exit to the parking lot. Also the master bedroom could use some room darkening drapes instead of the light linen drapes.

The unit is located right across the grocery and liquor store street, which was very convenient. We walked everywhere, and had a great time! We will definitely come back, and stay at the Glaciers Reach again (maybe try another town-home, since they all look good).

The kitchen was well equipped and cooked 3 out of the 4 nights that we stayed there. It is just across the street from a grocery store and just a 5 minute walk into the heart of the village. We were even able walk to the gondolas everyday with all of our ski gear. If you don't want to walk, then you can pick up the shuttle which is directly across the street. It was wonderful to come back to our personal hot tub after skiing and relax. We will definitely be returning next year!

We really enjoyed having the kitchen be fully stocked with items we would need to cook. Thank you for the coffee filters (we thought we needed some and we didn't). Lots of towels to be able to have a towel for your shower and then your dip in the hot tub too! It was a GREAT place and we will definitely be back.

Everything was almost perfect, except one of the TVs in main bedroom did not work, and staff was not able to fix the connection. The pool in common area was not warm enough to go into it. But overall experience was very good. I can recommend it. Location is very convenient, too.

The lock was in disrepair, so we had difficulties opening it. When we finally opened the door, it was to a stench of febreze, and we had to leave the windows and patio door open for three hours to air it out, and it still reeked. The smell never dissipated the entire time we were there. It must have been poured right into the carpet to hide something. We thought maybe a febreze container was hiding somewhere, so we searched the room. We didn't find any febreze, but we found a bag of marijuana in the cabinet under the tv. At bed time it was a pleasant surprise to roll down the blankets and find hairs in the bedding. Both patios were filthy dirty. We asked the management professional to try to impress us with a nice view, and all we could see was the loading dock of IGA. On the positive side, the hot tub was fantastic and clean, and there were lots of clean towels.

Agent was accommodating and quick to reply.Ease upon arrival, all instructions were bang on. Great location, especially for children, as Olympic park and playground is literally across the road.Complex is very well maintained. Pool/hot tub get levels checked twice daily - very clean!Unit was good - a few things need to be repaired/replaced (patio screen door, stove hood light). But all in all, was as advertised. Would definitely stay again. I LOVED the top deck! Glorious for early morning coffee, reading & napping!

The unit is simply furnished but comfortable. It was clean on the surface but could use a good cleaning overall. Although the carpet didn't appear all that dirty, white socks showed otherwise. The condo itself is layed out quite nicely and everything is convenient. We never felt crowded at all. The location is good with the supermarket and liquor store just across the road. Overall I was satisfied with our stay and I would recommend this property but I would also recommend the management company give it a good cleaning.

This was a newly renovated (at least in appearance) condo that was well appointed, very comfortable, and in a great location with a nice view of Whistler mountain. A nice spot that's conveniently located across from the marketplace where there's everything you need (IGA, Starbucks, Mac's, liquor store).. There's even a really good Indian restaurant (The Royal Taste of India) at the Marketplace that was a really reasonably priced and tasted amazing!The suite itself was clean and had a spacious living room. The bathroom even had a hairdryer which was a bonus for those who often forget to pack one!

I've given 5 stars across the board because the accomodations were exactly as advertised, and lived up to my expectations. Close enough to walk directly into the village, 5 minutes max, but far enough outside you dont have to deal with all the craziness. Awesome hottub, with a view of the ski hill, and comfortable beds in the bedrooms. The kitchen is larger than it looks in the picture, and very will outfitted. Thanks Trevor!

It was great to have the hot tub on the deck as well as the more public pool and hot tub. The unit was very well equipped with most cooking supplies (a couple larger pots would have been great), full-size appliances, in-suite laundry, good linens and towels were also provided. The only thing I would comment on that should be updated is the flooring. It would be nice to have a hard surface floor on the entire main level to keep it clean. I don't like when there is carpet under the eating table or where the people come in from the hot tub still wet. Overall, this is a great unit and fairly well kept for a rental property.

There was plenty of room, the condo provided everything we would need for a comfortable stay. The condo and hot tub were clean and well was wonderful after a hard day of biking to soak overlooking the mountains. One of the best things about this location was it was right across the street from the marketplace and village. We needed only to park (secured underground parking) and walk. Check in was easy as we received clear instructions. We are already planning to return again for another weekend getaway.

We travel alot and we were disappointed in the general condition of the condo we stayed in. It did not however spoil our vacation. Some tlc is needed with this unit, ie cleaning the blinds, replacing worn out carpeting, making sure all appliances work in between bookings etc.

All units should have decent TV's as the cost is much less than previous year's. Stayed for 2 days in July, 2010 Hot tub water was dirty, we called the maintenance number he was away and so we had to call someone else, he laughed at us and didnt really help with how to change the water, we had to clean the water ourselves by fishing bugs etc out took a while for it to heat up as we had to add water because it was low, the balconies and furniture on them were dusty. other than that beautiful home, very clean, everything you need is there fully stocked kitchen, bathroom you name it, its there very comfortable stay. would stay again and reccomend to all.
