A guest from Midland, TX recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in March, 2016 Ground floor was excellent. The connecting condos was extremely nice so that the three of us had our own bed. The condos were furnished very nice and location the best. Our first time to Belize. We found the food a little pricey but very delicious compared to other countries but being on an island the costs of transporting goods to them is expensive. Caribe Island is a place we could return to.
Taralee G. from Christmas Valley, OR recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in May, 2015 The grounds we very nice. We were in the smaller unit of 21 & 22 which I think was 21. Everything we needed was there. We did notice that the paint should be redone and we killed 3 cockroaches in our room.
Steve G. from Groveland, CA recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in March, 2014 For our first trip to Belize this was a good place to stay. The condo was nice, clean and in a good location. On the water was nice, and the pool, and common area were all well maintained. There was no phone in the condo and the only source of communication was internet, which was spotty at best. We'll be back!
A guest from Beaumont, Alberta recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in March, 2014 My parents vacation to San Pedro all the time it's great place with even better people and food which is saying a lot. This place takes your breath away with the ocean and senerey the accomidations a were good and place was very quiet would stay there again for sure!!!!
A guest from Moncton, NB recommends this property. Stayed for 12 days in March, 2013 Good overall experience since booking sight unseen. A golf cart rental is a good idea since the resort is 2.5 miles from the town of San Pedro.
Perry R. from Kent, WA recommends this property. Stayed for 8 days in August, 2011 Property managers were very responsive to needs and concerns. Everything seemed to meet our needs. We had a great vacation.
A guest from Dallas, Texas recommends this property. Stayed for 5 days in December, 2010 We rented this unit and #19 which was superior in every way. The Seaview Suite had cockroaches, mosquitos, inadequate hot water, and a poorly equipped kitchen, among other problems.Belize is a difficult place to visit in general. We suggest that you instead visit Play del Carmen, Mexico, and dive or snorkel in Cozumel.
MARGARET K. from Muncie, IN recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in November, 2010 We had a wonderful time! The condo was clean, comfortable and safe during our stay. The entire property was well maintained. The location of the property was South of San Pedro about 2.5 miles. This condo is close enough to town but far enough away from the noise. Travel is by golf cart or taxi's. We chose renting a golf cart and had a great time! There are a number of restaurants in San Pedro. We had a great meal at all the restaurants we tried. The people are so friendly and helpful. The property manager was very knowledgable and helpful during the planning stages of our trip and also when we were in Belize. We took their advice on a number of things and our trip was much smoother than others we talked with while we were there. We are planning to go back!
Andrea R. from San Diego, CA recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in August, 2010 Went to Belize with the b/f and some friends for 8 days and stayed in the Seaview Suite at Caribe Island and we couldn't have been happier!! We were originally planning on staying at a resort with a restaurant and bar, but we are SO glad we didn't! A/C in the house, pool and beach at our doorstep, beach volleyball court out the window, and everything was clean to boot! It's a bit far from town, but not more than a 15-20 minute bike ride. Honestly, I wouldn't have changed that at all - we went into town a few times but the "nightclubs" weren't exactly the most happening places... ALTHOUGH - definitely get some street tacos...street meat = amazing. We got the place at an incredible price and got to do some excursions because of that! Instead of paying for overpriced meals at a resort, we cooked most meals in our fully-equipped kitchen and hung out in what basically turned out to be a private pool. The community is small, but everyone we met was super nice. The property manager, Eric, and his wife, Ana, were SO helpful. There is a tour company called "Suya Tours" right next door and Carlos is the man - be SURE to check them out. If nothing else, you MUST do the snorkeling/beach bbq trip. Look, I've been snorkeling plenty of times - but THIS was in-friggin-credible. We watched our guide spear-hunt fish and lobster while we snorkeled. Seriously unbelievable. This is a gorgeous and affordable vacation spot to unplug in a tropical setting, with anything you need just at your fingertips. Oh - and tell George the taxi cab driver that Andrea and Josh say hello!(I also posted this review on TripAdvisor - the unit I stayed in was called "Seaview Suite")
