Our deluxe suites are one of the most popular in the complex. They sleep four and are perfect for a couple or a small family. Done in the traditional Belize style of bright fabric and mahogany furnishings, these units feature a single bedroom with a very comfortable queen bed with an additional queen size sleeper sofa. All units have tile floors throughout and come with complete full size kitchen and dining bar.Ask us about our grocery delivery service. We can make sure your refrigerator is stocked with all of the local foods and beverages prior to your arrival. Great stay Jacqueline F. from Chicago, IL recommends this property. Stayed for 5 days in April, 2013 We originally had room 22 but the pool motor is a bit loud when it runs. They upgraded us to an ocean front room on the 3rd floor #19. The view was breathtaking. Sapa tours nearby had great trips. Clean beach, nice pool and location is fine. Great cabana. Road the free bikes to dinner two nights. Rented a golf cart one day. |

I thought I was renting a condo on the beach (per the photos), but unit 22 is not located on the beach. Its nice, but its in the main building by the pool with a partial ocean view. |

Stayed for 5 days in December, 2010 This is the manager's own unit (he lives in the U.S.) and it is vastly less than advertised, with cockroaches, mosquitos, inadequate hot water, and a poorly equipped kitchen among many other deficiencies.Belize, in general, is a difficult place to enjoy. We had a much better experience staying in Play del Carmen, Mexico, and diving and snorkeling in Cozumel. |

Stayed for 18 days in December, 2010 We were initially a little wary of the location being 2.5 miles out of San Pedro but in the end it really wasn't a fact it was nice being out of San Pedro which is a busy place.The condo grounds are extremely well maintained but the unit was a bit tired and could have used a good cleaning. When we got there there was sand on the floors and dead bugs in the light covers. We stayed for just over two weeks and were suppose to get weekly cleaning. After we reminded the property managers, we got the first cleaning but nothing after that. Overall we had a great time and we were glad we stayed at Caribe Island. Roger, the onsite maintance man, was great and the people staying there, including some of the owners, were fabulous.The only area that could use improvement was the property managers who didn't seem to be too concerned with cleaning the unit before we arrrived or having the scheduled cleanings done while we were there. |
