Walk out the door and one direction (East) takes you onto charming Hemlock Street which leads to galleries, shops and restaurants. Turn the other direction (West) onto the quiet street and 6 doors later you`ll find your toes in the sand without even walking down steps! When you return rinse the sand off from the outdoor shower head, and enter into a lovely sitting room with a flat screen TV and comfy furniture. This level offers a full bath w/ shower, sizable Laundry room with a full sized refrigerator and microwave, and is just down the hall from a bedroom with a Queen bed and West-facing window. When you head up the stairs a tall window facing West hints that you are just about to glimpse the magnificent Pacific. The spacious Living Room upstairs has a comfortable seating area with a gas fireplace and another flat screen TV. The open-floor includes a shared dining room which counter-height table which seats 8. The adjacent kitchen with an Italian-tiled backsplash has matching stainless-steel appliances and is extremely well-stocked. If you prefer, enjoy the roar of the ocean and smells from the grill at the outdoor dining table of the covered deck which spans the length of the house. Down a short hallway off the Living Room you will find a full-bathroom with a skylight and South-facing sunny yellow bedroom with 2 twin beds. Stylish art is present throughout all of the rooms and the Master bedroom with its West-facing window and King bed is as tranquil as the sea.
