Sea Lake House is perfect for indulgent evenings and family barbecues. Live in luxury?s lap - turning to stainless steel appliances, deep counters, spacious cabinets and shiny, new goodies whatever your whim. Two ovens are stacked one atop the other - cooking is easier than ever. An immense breakfast bar will easily seat everyone in your party, with a separate dining area adjacent.

Property Needs Lots of Help!!! A guest from Ft Wayne, IN does not recommend this property. Stayed for 8 days in April, 2013 The home at 20 Cinnamon Way was quite disappointing. Outside there was green mold on the facade. The driveway was unpaved. Inside..filthy carpet, pet stains, not enough towels, not enough hangers, broken stove, broken and leaking garbage disposal, no chairs on the balconies, broken DVD player, broken TV remote, broken blinds, filthy grates in the two grills, patio furniture dilapitated, dirty blankets, no cups or soap in any of the bathrooms, no bath mats, a light in the closet broken, broken handle on the patio door upstairs master, a bottle of pop left on the upstairs balcony etc. The worst part was the sad state of the kitchen!!!No basics e.g.wire whip, pastry brush, salt and pepper shaker, glass meas. cup. warped pans, nothing plastic to put leftovers in etc The first place we stayed in Davenport greeted us with a huge welcome basket. It had a well equipped kitchen with spice rack and basic necessities. Here we didn't even get a verbal greeting...very sad PR to say the least. However, there were some good points like the nice showers with water that warmed up fast, the size of the house allowing privacy for all six of us, the closeness to the beach and the private club pool, which was awesome. However, we were not allowed to bring in water bottles or eat our packaged lunch anywhere near the clubhouse or our teenage nieces would get scolded by the wait staff. This also was not good PR and we saw no signs discouraging us eating a sandwich that we had made. We saw others drinking from pop cans (adults) who were NOT scolded.We had a lovely time at the sea house despite problems galore. When we called, the service people were there pronto. Thank you for letting me vent. For the price we paid, this property was much less than promised or what the photos showed. We do feel that some form of compensation is in order. There was mold surrounding the outside of the house and the landscaping overpowered the property. It looked very unkept with the outdoor light fixtures dangling overhead. The outdoor grill was disgusting so we had to buy our own grill and left them a brand new one. The interior was clean for the most part. However the sheets were very worn out and the carpet was spotted with bleach all over. Many cobwebs throughout. The location is ideal and a lot of space for a few families to enjoy. If the house was just taken care of better we would have felt a little more comfortable. All in all we enjoyed our trip but will look for a different house. After we had arrived and got settled we found out we werent aloud to have any trailers at our house... So that was a added expense that we hadn't figured for... This was not brought to my attend before hand and they knew we were there for bike week... Overall before arriving we had many issues with our vacation being book.. The first house we booked was paid for and a week later we get a call saying that we couldn't stay in this house now because it was suppose to be a 6 month book. So then we had to find another house. Being we were going for bike week it was a little bit difficult! I feel that Vacation Rental Pros should review there workers before hiring them.. I spoke with managers and all....They Sucked!! You get the run around with everything with these people! The house was awesome... The community the house is in has a lot of rules.. I would check them out before booking! and hopefully you get someone that is honest and understanding because we didn't! I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone! Water does not get hot in the downstairs master bath left sink (right sink is fine).2. Kitchen sink faucet also took very long to get hot water.3. Driveway proved to be somewhat narrow and difficult to negotiate for our vehicles. The pavers in the driveway came loose as we parked each day. I hope we left the property as we found it. Fantastic Vacation Experience Michael L. from Stamford, CT recommends this property. Stayed for 14 days in July, 2010 I honestly can't say enough good things about this rental. The home was spacious, bright, clean and the amenities were great. Only a 5 minute walk from the beach and a new Publix grocery store was recently built nearby. I would strongly recommend this home to anyone looking to vacation on Florida's first coast and would stay here again in a heartbeat! Excellent Beach House for large family! A guest from Gastonia, SC recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in July, 2010 We completely enjoyed our visit to this beach house. Everyone had plently of room to spread out for privacy but there is also room for the family to gather. There is a short walk to the pool and beach was not a problem even for our little ones. The house was spotless when we arrived and we had no maintence problems during our stay.I would highly recommend this house for anyone or family looking for a place to stay that is secluded from tourists and just minutes away from many attractions. I highly recommend this rental! Great family week at Cinnamon Beach William H. from Rock Spring, GA recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in July, 2010 We had a great week of family fun and relaxation at the Cinnamon Beach Sea Lake House. We are dedicated Destin, Fl vacationers, but came to the east coast due to the oil spill in the Gulf. The beach was great as was the surf. We enjoyed the use of the swimming pools. The house was great with the master suite on the 1st level being very comfortable. The best part of the house was the large and well equiped kitchen, spacious enough for several cooks and observers at a time. We will certainly be back to this location maybe in the Fall, probably for sure next summer.
