Park City 9 br Vacation Rental Home

This large and spacious 9 bedroom, 6 bathroom private home located in the Prospector neighborhood of Park City. This home is a perfect gathering spot for large groups or families. It is located in a quiet neighborhood just minutes away from the lifts at the base of Park City Mountain Resort and Deer Valley Ski Resort. The free ski bus system picks up just a block and a half from the front door as well making transportation for the whole group easy to maintain.



The house is built on two levels with a large open floor plan and is about 5000 square feet. On the main floor you will find the living room with an office (computer provided), kitchen, dining room and six of the bedrooms. The living room area is a cozy place to relax and enjoy some downtime with one of the many HDTVs in the home! The office is a great place to catch up on the 'real world' using the provided computer that is hooked up to a 46" display. In the next room over the dining area a kitchen are combined in to one large room. The dining table, with seating for 8, will definitely handle the crew for home cooked meals.



Downstairs you will find an additional master suite and two bunk rooms. This is also where all the fun will happen. Just off of the master suite is the gameroom with two full sized pinball machines, an air hockey table and a 50" HDTV mounted on the wall. If you somehow get bored of all the great games you can head just outside the gameroom to the private, oversized hot tub with seating for 10 people.



Living Room: Wood burning fireplace, ample seating with a large leather sectional couch and a cozy lounge chair by the fireplace area. 55” HDTV, DVD, CD stereo. There is also a wrap around deck with a huge BBQ and great views of the surrounding mountains.



Kitchen: Equipped with new appliances for creating perfect, home cooked meals. The kitchen is well equipped with dishes, utensils and pots and pans. The cook in your group will love this!



Dining Room: A table with seating for 8-10 people, adjoins kitchen area.




Game Room: This is the ulitimate funzone! A full size air hockey table, two full size pinball machines and a 50" HDTV! Forget Main Street, stay in and play!


Office: A computer is provided for your enjoyment! Plus, with the 46" display monitor this is sure to be a one of a kind browsing experience.
