Cultus Lake 2 br Vacation Rental Home

You are invited to renew yourself at one of British Columbia's most scenic lakes; with views of majestic mountains, green forests and wild life.
Just steps from the cabin you have boat rentals, golf, water slides,shopping and restaurants. For the more adventuresome ther is mountain biking or fishing in the Vedder River.
The cabin is less than 90 SECONDS walk to the beach. You will be only l hour from Vancouver, B.C.(the Winter Olympic 2010 site) or 2-1/2 hours from Seattle, Washington.
WE HAVE A MINIMUM 5 DAY RENTAL DURING JULY AND AUGUST.

WE HAVE A FIVE DAY MINIMUM RENTAL DURING JULY AND AUGUST OF EACH YEAR.

There is a 25% non-refundable deposit is due upon booking and balance payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Guest/Cardholders must be 25 years of age or older.
There is a 10pm noise restriction,which is strictly enforced by authorities.Please respect your neighbours at the lake as most live
there year around. Cultus Lake is located within a provincial park and has its own security. Guests may be asked to leave immediately if there are any complaints.
We reserve the right to charge the Guests/Cardholder credit card for any losses, unnecessary house keeping or damages sustained to the cabin during their stay.
Our cabin is strictly non-smoking. We ask that you smoke outside and use the ash tray provided.
All guests and their invitees use the premise, structure,appliances and furnishings at their own risk. The Property Owner shall not be held liable or responsible in any way for an injury that is caused by intentional or unintentional acts.
Cancellation: If any cancellation is received less than 30 days prior to arrival the renter shall forfeit the full amount. There is a 25 dollar service charge for changes.
Guests are responsible for the day to day cleaning of the cabin and the surrounding property is kept clean at all times. Garbage goes out Monday morning from the back lane. Please use the garbage cans provided. Recyclables can be left on the patio deck and we will take them away.
The owners of the cabin are responsible for the maintenance of the grounds. There may be a caretaker coming and going during your stay.
