We were not given a walk through of the property which seemed a bit odd as there were a few things that were broken or not working properly and it's difficult for us to prove that without the walk through with the manager. |

Dirty carpet in the living area,broken ice maker in the refrigerator, a broken dining room chair and broken blinds in one of the bedrooms. The plastic coated mattress pads are annoying. The location was good and the community pools we very nice. We enjoyed staying at pga west and will return to the area but not this particular unit. New carpet has been installed through out along with a new ice maker for the freezer as well as a new blind in the guest bedroom. |
