This beautiful custom stone lakefront home is in the prestigious Dollar Point neighborhood. Every room in this house has a breathtaking view! Lounge on one of the many spacious decks and vacation in privacy and comfort. The upper deck has a gas BBQ and an outdoor gas fireplace. An elevator can be used to access every floor of this home! Most of the bedrooms have decks. There are flat screen TVs in both living rooms, the kitchen and many of the six bedrooms. This home?s six and a half bathrooms are beautifully tiled and designed with oversized luxury showers and mirrors; the master has a whirlpool tub. Both living rooms have beautiful stone fireplaces, comfortable furniture and lots of natural sunlight. The bar downstairs has finished granite countertops, mini refrigerator and microwave. The gourmet kitchen includes a Wolf stove and microwave, large granite island, dual sinks for prepping and two ovens ? making this kitchen a chef?s dream!

The dining room has seating for eight and the kitchen bar has an additional four seats, all with breathtaking views of the lake. The entire house, including decks, has a Bose surround sound speaker system and custom Hamilton lighting. Five of the bedrooms have gas fireplaces and the children?s bedroom has built in bunk beds. All of the bedrooms are beautifully furnished in a rustic Tahoe-style and have luxury bedding and abundant sunlight.

Downstairs there is a game room with a pool table and storage for toys. The laundry room has an extra-large LG front loading washer and dryer. This home has beach, pool and tennis access with a stone staircase down to the beach from the back door. In addition, there are 2 buoys available in the spring and summer.
