Great place! A guest from Hollywood, FL recommends this property.
Stayed for 4 days in March, 2016 Set up of floors and rooms were great. Kitchen was newer and fully stocked with pots, pans and plates. Stayed at a different townhouse last year and this year was even better!!
Comfortable stay summer 2015 A guest from Fremont, CA recommends this property.
Stayed for 4 days in August, 2015 Nice and comfortable , bedsheets very crumpled and comforters and pillows need to be updated. Close to beach and activities. Great trail just behind the unit.
Depends on what you are looking for A guest from Aptos, CA does not recommend this property.
Stayed for 4 days in July, 2015 This rental was in a good location, loved the pool, and proximity to the lake. It was clean. And had the basics (just the basics). However, we have kids and a few things didn't quite work for us. The loft railing was loose and there are open spaces between the stair steps. This made us very nervous with kids. The TV is tiny. I mean tiny. Although we spent our days outside, it is nice to come back and watch the ball game or relax with cartoons in the morning before starting the day. And it would be really great to have coffee makings available for the first morning. This place is good for adults who don't want anything extra. A clean place to stay. (Note: Wifi is very slow.)
Comfortable townhouse with a little ****** A guest from Sechelt, BC recommends this property.
Stayed for 6 days in July, 2014 There is obviously a woody wood ****** problem in the area. The problem is being addressed by adding hardy board siding but in the mean time be aware that you may have an early morning wake up call from a wood ****** or construction crews. The condo was very nice and close to the beautiful pool but there are a lot of rules and the pool closes early. An air conditioner for the summer renters would be very helpful as the loft gets hot! The washer and dryer were helpful. It was great to have the three stories so that our children were separated. The area felt safe and the kids enjoyed the fitness course. The shower heads are very, very low but the kitchen was well equipped for family meals. Nice table and nice linen.
Tahoe wooden boat experience A guest from Fishers, IN recommends this property.
Stayed for 6 days in August, 2011 Great location - especially for the wooden boat show. Although there seems to be no A/C in Tahoe area condos it does get rather warm in mid-afternoon. Ceiling fan(s) would have helped tremendously.
Great Family Location & Activities Barbara B. from Modesto, CA recommends this property.
Stayed for 7 days in July, 2011 When not at the beach, activities are available at the facility. Only item that was missing in the kitchen was hot pads for cooking which are very important while cooking.
We thought the unit was very nice and in a great location. I thought the units were equipped with hair dryers and was disappoin Debbie C. from So. San Francisco, CA recommends this property.
Stayed for 5 days in July, 2011 because of the size of the deck. But otherwise I thought it was a wonderful unit and extremely clean.
Christmas 2010 A guest from Chester, NJ recommends this property.
Stayed for 5 days in December, 2010 Overall nice place and location. Snow removal on local streets excellent. Maintenace quickly responded to furnace problem and a sperate power outage due to storm. Lighting could be improved over dining table. Furnace should be checked as it needed encouagement to start another time (we knew what to look for after maintenance visit). Parking was a problem. We only had one car but sometimes had to park in adjacent lot.
Great Property and BEST customer service A guest from Castro Valley, CA recommends this property.
Stayed for 2 days in December, 2009 My friends and I are extremely satisfied with our stay! The property is warm and cozy. It's convenient and we literally have nothing bad to say about this place. In additional First Accommodations has the best customer sevice you could ever imagine! I would highly recommend this property to my friends and family!
Great condo, but slow to return home after a day on the slopes. A guest from Pleasanton, CA recommends this property.
Stayed for 4 days in December, 2009 We were very impressed with the condo, it was in excellent condition and very homely. The only downsides to the trip was that the access roads to the unit weren't cleared very often, and the time taken to return to the unit at the end of a day on the slopes. On returning from Squaw Valley to the condo, the Highway Patrol managed the exit from Alpine Meadows onto the main highway to the detriment of the traffic on the highway. Causing it to take 45 mins to get from the Squaw Valley exit to Alpine Meadows. Once passing the exit the journey improved, but took over twice as long as it did to get there in the morning. This is the only factor that may stop us returning to the condo in the future.
Experience... Adlyd J. from Los Angeles, California recommends this property.
Stayed for 2 days in December, 2009 Initially we were assigned a different location of the same property, unfortunately tolietry and other basic nessicites didnt worked well... We informed the same to property managemen and soon we were shifted to different location (This time a better one) But unfortunately it spoile my christmas and had to take all the pain of shifting with small kids at midnight in wilderness to a different accomodaton. But to say for the Property manager he was very cooperative and helpful which helped me forget all the pain.
